Nice place to spend time at

Kuta Square is a great place, where one can spend time window-shopping as well as dining. Plenty of restaurants to dine at.

Its just another upbeat shopping centre to me lots of people taking photos of things but the one thing is in Bali it seems the quality of clothes is better than other tourist countries so I don, t mind paying a little more

The shops have surfing gear and surf boards and watches a few good ice cream shops and not too far from Matahari shop ,which has good items . I bought a cheap guitar for one of these shops and the sound was quite good I only payed 210 Aussy dollars for it .

Great gelato and ice-cream at the last shop before the markets. There are many stalls here in the centre all vying for attention. The clothing seemed to be the right size for the locals. All the tops seemed to be a little too short for me.

Been here plenty of times and once was an ok spot to just go somewhere clean. average shops, mostly big surf brands and not that cheap even though the shopping centre has some cheap souvenirs if you dont want to do the markets. The issue now is the very aggressive transport hawkers and come see my shop hawkers. They are... More

I do like this shopping area for more of your boutique type shops. Prices were a little cheaper than Australia but you getting the real thing rather than brand rip offs. This is where you'll also find the fast food like KFC, McDonalds etc. Gotta try the department store in this area called Matahari. The shoe section is unreal!!

You can get lots of things here but besides different brands, items are quite often repetitive with elsewhere and without any further attraction in terms of price or promotions.

Matahari is worth visiting! Huge department store with lots of sales and great quality. The markets are nice but have a lot of the same thing and owners hound you to buy.. It always helps to bargain! Walk down toward hard rock and catch subset on the beach after a successful day of shopping!

I don't know why but I always want to leave Kuta Square when I have finished my shopping. We only go there when we have something specific to buy as I always feel uncomfortable and slightly nervous of being in an area frequented by many tourists. Put it down to the bomb blast years ago, but this is not my... More
