- Lizzy DAdelaide, Australia3 contributionsWaterbom Park Bali Full Day OutFantastic park! Extremely clean, very shady with lots of plants, and the staff were very friendly. We went in school holidays, and the wait times were minimal. I would recommend going on the Python first, as this was the only ride we had to wait for (still only about 15-20 minutes). We also booked one of their gazebos as a base point.. this was fantastic! The photos they take are great! Take advantage of getting a family photo with them. I would highly recommend this park :)Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 2 October 2023
- c0stibu1 contributionGreat FunIt was a great day out with the family, very clean, safe and fun. The entrance part was very annoying. Even we booked everything online we had to wait a long time to get into as they were arranging the money wrist band in the same spot. Maybe they can have an option to put money in the band online too so everything will be faster. The rest was amazing. Thanks.Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 3 October 2023
- Sophie Lauren SmithDerby, United Kingdom108 contributionsGreat Day Out!We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Waterbom, great little waterpark in the heart of Kuta! We booked everything online and only had to wait a short amount when first arriving to get our wristbands for the day. Love the concept of having money uploaded to your wristbands so you didn’t need to worry about having money on you all day. Very clean, plenty of food options to chose from and lots of areas to keep away from the sun even when queuing for slides, which we didn’t have to wait very long for either. If your looking for something to do, to break your days up from sightseeing etc then I would definitely recommend it!Visited September 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 3 October 2023
- chelseymeijnersUbud, Indonesia1 contributionFun dayWaterbom Bali is a fun activity to do when you’re in Kuta! Great slides, overall nice personell and great food and drinks. We’ve had a great time. Only thing that can be better: we bought our tickets online via Waterbom Bali. When you get there, we had to stand in the line for online tickets. But this queue took longer than the other ones, where you could buy tickets at the cashier for example.Visited September 2023Written 5 October 2023
- Marcus G6 contributionsGreat Value Day OutFrom start to finish this is an extremly enjoyable water park with plenty of options for the thrill seekers or the kick back and relaxers. Entry, Food and wrist payment were excellent value, as was towel and locker hire. Only critism I have is the process to get slide and lazy river photos that are taken during the day and the very high cost of physical prints and the digital copies. This is a must do in Kuta for all..... Great Day OutVisited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 5 October 2023
- Nicola AKerikeri, New Zealand1 contributionNot to be missedA fantastic place to visit on your Bali trip. Easily spend the day here. So much to do. Lots of variety of slides. New area newly opened after COVID. Go early. Book a cabana online or queue early to get one but also plenty of sun loungers and lockers. Again go early. The waverider costs etc but great fun and value. Food and drink can only be bought inside the park but a okay price.Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 5 October 2023
- dannibee29Gold Coast, Australia1 contributionGreat family day out in BaliWe hired one of the new premium Gazebo's for the day and it was a great base for us all to meet and enjoy lunch, ice-creams or a rest between slides. We celebrated my son's birthday there and the staff surprised and delighted him with a cake, singing happy birthday to him. Booking process and WhatsApp contact was fast and efficient and staff did everything they could to ensure everything was fast and easy.Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 6 October 2023
- jenniferakoya2 contributionsreally great and amazing facilitiesme and my boyfriend came here and stayed all day. I’d recommend getting there when they open so that you can go on some rides before ite gets busy. Food and cafes are really nice too. I hate going out and only being able to have junk fried food, and waterbom had tons of real food options. very happy 10/10 and amazingly fun ridesVisited October 2023Written 8 October 2023
- Mark S1 contributionGreat day outGreat place for a day out, rides are well maintained and the grounds are in great condition. Staff are friendly and look to enjoy what they do. Food and drink is priced reasonably. Need to get in early if you want sun loungers.Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 9 October 2023
- Denise T24 contributionsSo much fun!We absolutely loved our day here. We brought a nanny who played with our 2 year old in the children's area and on the lazy river, he had a blast while the adults enjoyed the bigger slides. It was especially great towards the end of the day when the queues died down.Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 10 October 2023

There's no doubt this is one of the best waterparks in Asia but you can't charge western prices in a 3rd world country. AUD $90 is too much, obviously the idiot public pay but when you pay this much then have your potato chips taken off you upon entry so you have to spend even more money it's becomes even more of a rip off!! They have the wrist band that you can preload so you don't carry cash. This is all well and good except I preloaded an extra $10 for drinks etc but after they deducted locker fee and deposit for another wristband there was just about none left over.
That aside if you are in the market to get ripped off then it's a pretty good day out. The rides are fun and it's in beautiful surroundings. The main pool gets pretty feral with a swim up bar and everyone smoking.. Should 100% ban smoking in the park... Charge western prices then follow western standards.
There are a few other waterparks in Bali so it might be worth checking those out instead

Dear Scuba2013,
Thank you for your feedback about your experience during your day at Waterbom Bali.
We completely understand that opinions on price points are subjective. We believe that the high-quality experience we provide on a daily basis is reflective of the entry price and presents as a great value day. We invest heavily in both the park and our team to provide a consistent, high-quality experience for our guests. Entry gives you access to all areas of the park including our garden and lawn areas with complimentary lawn chairs, the main pool area, the lazy river which is approximately 250m around, the kid's area including specialized slides for the little ones and all of our slides, all for a whole day.
Yes, you are correct that we are not allowing guests to bring outside food and beverage into the park as we committed to the environment by reducing waste that might come from the outside food and beverage packaging which is more likely to use plastics. We also keep the outside food and beverage at the Guest Relation Counter to be claimed at any time. This information is also clearly mentioned on our website at the General Info section.
We are glad to know that you were enjoying your day at Waterbom Bali and found the fact that the rides are fun and the beauty of the park. Once again, Thank you so much for your review and we wish you a great day ahead!
Kind Regards,
Waterbom Bali Team

We went here with some friends, we were all excited as water parks are really fun for everyone. Now, this park was not designed for the western society and larger guys, we’re big boys. At no point upon entry was there warning signs about weight restrictions nor was this mentioned to us. One of our group was able to go on only one ride the entire day which I’m sure you can appreciate is humiliating and the way this was handled by the “manager” was disgusting. Offered a 100k refund from the 535k price is absurd. Add this to the ridiculous pricing of food and drinks, I will never return and I hope these people get their karma one day for being completely at utterly disrespectful.

Thank you very much for leaving us constructive feedback on TripAdvisor. We are sad to learn that you had an unpleasant experience during your day at Waterbom Bali.
First of all, we would like to clarify about the weight restriction applied on our slides. Our guest safety and security during their day at Waterbom Bali is our main priority and responsibility. Generally, our rules and regulation applied in the park designed under much consideration by our slide developer include determining the height and weight restriction on the slides that we need to obey to prevent an undesirable accident to our guest. In addition, we published the height and weight restriction along with the slide overview on our official website at the “Rides and Attractions” section. It is also our duty to approach guests personally if we found a certain issue like this to clarify the conditions to prevent misunderstanding and misleading information.
We wish that we could make everybody happy, so as with you and your parties; we do have our own consideration and policies in dealing with various issues in the park. We really do apologize that our action was not exceeding your expectations.
Once again, thank you so much for bringing this issue to our attention. Please rest assured that we take this feedback very seriously for our improvement in the future.
Kind Regards,
Waterbom Bali Team

Very expensive to get in. Costs around $55 per person..
Towels cost a further $8 per person.
Food and drinks are way over priced.
There are no cash or card facilities within the establishment.. you have to load money onto a wristband..
Value for money is not at all worth it.
I think the place has become overhyped and over priced due to tourism which is a shame..

Thank you very much for leaving us a review on TripAdvisor.
Our pricing is a direct reflection of the quality of the facilities and services provided. We invest heavily in both the park and our team to provide a consistent, high-quality experience for our guests. Entry gives you access to all areas of the park including 11 world-class water slides, garden and lawn areas with complimentary lawn chairs, the main pool area, the lazy river which is approx 250m around that guest can enjoy all day long, the kid's area including specialized slides for the little ones and all of our slides, all for a whole day without limitation.
We also would like to clarify the towel hire will cost you at IDR 20.000 and we apply a guarantee deposit at IDR 62.000 which in total IDR 82.000 at first purchase then the guarantee deposit will be refunded at the end of the day.
Waterbom Bali applies a cashless payment system in purpose for the guest’s convenience so they wouldn’t need to worry about wet notes in their pocket or losing a credit card in the middle of the park. We believe that this system is a very convenient and simple way to pay all transactions within your day at the park. And if there is any balance at the end of the day, we simply refund you on your way out.
Once again, We appreciate your valuable time spent to review us and we do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you during the day at Waterbom Bali.
We wish you have a great day ahead!
Kind Regards,
Waterbom Bali Team

Always make the effort to hit up Waterbom when we visit Bai. We buy online (google around and you can usually find a good price through a 3rd party) and we get there at open, get a spot to drop the gear and then hit all the rides well before it gets too busy. Then we usually head over the road once we're done to Discovery Mall to get a cab from the cab rank. Easy peasy.

Our family of 5 visited in February. We hired a cabana near to the kids section as our littlest was too small for most of the rides. He loved the kids zone which has 3 slides and is well staffed. We absolutely loved all the rides and didn't have to wait too long. You can bring in a bottle of water per person, so I recommend doing that as the food and drinks are expensive. The grounds and bathrooms are well maintained. It's a really well run place and a must see.

Booked online 6 weeks ago in Australia to visit Waterbom Park in Bali, we use to take the Kids there many years ago.... well my wife and I who recently celebrated of 36 year of marriage decide we would go there and hire a cabana for a measly $30 + entrance fee. What a day doing the slides, casual floating on a tide around the park, having lunch brought to you with a Bintang. The staff are great and very helpful, would recommend to everyone, it gets better every time you go there.

We spent the day at Waterbom Park (Kuta) and we all loved it. Purchase your tickets online before you go and you can save 10-15%. We booked a “slide central” gazebo for 6 which was great to have a point to rest and meet up during the day. These have a safe, matresses and pillows. At days end you can purchase a pass for use in the next 7 days for around 25-30% discount. There are 4 towers of slides with 2 of these having drop slides that accelerate crazily. The toilets are spotless and the park continually being cleaned. All up an excellent day out for the family!!

We booked thru their official website. Park wasn't in full capacity. A good 10~15 minutes wait for the popular rides.. Lines disappear after 4pm. We stayed until closing time 6pm. At first, we got disoriented with the layout. Hard to find our cabana in the Lazy River section. Foods/drinks kinda pricey but expected. TIP: even if you don't plan on buying the digital photos, just let them keep shooting or ask them to take your photos. You can purchase all digital photos for a fixed price upon checkout if you like. This park is perfect for family with young children.

We took our 2 kids (9 & 7) for the day and we had a blast.
Food and drink is reasonably priced, recommend hiring a gazebo for convenience (and if you want to give your kids freedom with a place to meet) and the staff are all helpful and happy.
We loved our visit and highly recommend it to anyone considering it!

Waterbom is a brilliant water park. It's very well run. The staff are super friendly and courteous. The rides felt safe and were heaps of fun. Most of the park is in the shade with plenty of plants and trees and covers over the stairs. We were there on a Thursday in Australian school holidays and the lines weren't too long. The longest we waited was 20 minutes on the most popular ride. Meals were around 65,000 to 135,000 Rp. Entry tickets are a little expensive for Bali (around $50AUD per person still better than Australia) but the trade off is a fun, clean, well run facility and it's definitely worth it. Best day of our Bali holiday.

What documents are needed for a child under 12 years of age to pass? Is it possible to enter and leave the water park during the day? Can I pay with a Union Pay card? Some websites offer tickets lower than the official website of the water park. Can I trust them and buy a ticket through them?

Party of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids aged 16, 11 and 9) visiting later this year. We would like to hire a Gazebo and wonder if anyone can advise best area? I heard people mentioning "lagoon" pool but on the map I can only see the oasis and pleasure pool. Thanks.

We booked an a deluxe oasis pool view gazebo on oasis forest. It’s close to the boomerang and drop ride tower, pool, massage area, swim up bar and food. Best thing was you could order food and drinks straight from gazebo and had own host for day. Towels and some water bottles included in 800K cost. There were 7 of us.

Hello, no I didn’t find any problem, no other people go in your gazebo if you want there is a rope with a padlock that you can close with your key but I saw that the gazebo leave empty to go to the attractions remain empty until your return. They are well organized. Best regards

Is it possible to only purchase entry tickets to the park?
My wife and I are pensioners and would not participate in any of the rides.
We would really like to see the park though
