About
Visiting the Pasifika art collection is one of a time opportunity to relax in an oasis of tranquillity and to view an extraordinary collection of paintings and other artworks. It is housed in an exquisite modern Balinese building designed by Popo Danes, one of the most celebrated Balinese architect. There will be Indonesian and Balinese artworks but also numerous paintings by those bohemian artists who came from Europe and other parts of the world starting from the 1930s, succumbing to the spells of the enchanting tropical Island. Stroll in the well-manicured garden, take some selfies, taste local delicacies with a 'kopi Bali', and above all enjoy the art. For a complete Bali experience, come and visit Pasifika.

"Best Place to visit Museum in Nusa Dua"
Oct 2021
The admission price was worth what we got about the best experience. Stunning architecture, can’t-miss collections, or amazing guided tours are just a few things that can make a museum stand out. Sometimes it can be just one extraordinary piece (or the perfect background for a selfie) that makes the entire trip worthwhile.

Hallo Uyhaw, Thank you for leaving a good comment on Tripadvisor Museum Pasifika. You have taken the time to leave a review about our Museum. As long as PPKM is true, we are temporarily closing in accordance with government regulations, during this pandemic the Museum is very quiet and there are no visitors, therefore we are renovating a few rooms to make them look different and more interesting. We hope you will be impressed with the collections that we display from Asia Pacific and not only our paintings but also some sculpture collections from the Pacific. When you are in Bali ....visiting Museum Pasifika IS definitely a MUST
Aug 2021 • Solo
While in Nusa Dua , I finally had a chance to visit Museum Pasifika, which was recommended to me many times by some Friends. It was very impressive, and as an art collector myself, I was pleased to see great Indonesian masters being exhibited such as Raden Saleh , Sudjojono, Hendra, Kerton , Widayat (whom I personally knew) Kobot & of course Affandi... I have been recommending it not only to tourists but as well to Indonesian & specially to Bali residents… !

A pandemic pleasant surprise
Aug 2021
It's been already almost two years that I my travelling activities have been put to a brutal stop because of the pandemic. I have been enjoying an almost monastic life in Bali since, staying on the island and reducing all visits and outings to a strict minimum, most of the places being closed or running at very slow pace anyway.
Imagine my surprise then, when I recently went to the Museum Pasifika and realized how pleasant that experience was. The place undergoing now some renovations, going through the spacy exhibition rooms made me feel like an art student dicovering the graal. New paintings on the walls, new displays, a beautiful Raden Saleh popping out of a red wall, beautiful series of Le Mayeur and Theo Meier paintings. Just beautiful. And quiet.
Can a pandemic have a positive effect on these things? Really?

Hallo Pascal H, Thank you for leaving a good comment on Tripadvisor Museum Pasifika. You have taken the time to leave a review about our Museum. During this pandemic, it really had an impact on tourism in Bali, many places were closed or out of business, including our Museum was temporarily closed according to government regulations. However, with the New Normal, Bali began to rise slowly, with the CHSE program from the government so that tourism could slowly return to normal. During the pandemic we tried to renovate our place to make it look fresher and more comfortable. For that, for other tourists who want to visit the Museum Pasifika, don't hesitate anymore because we already have a CHSE certificate and are in accordance with the health protocol recommended by the government. We also have the latest collections from painters Raden Saleh and Affandi, not only domestic collections that we display, we also display collections from Asia Pacific that are worth a visit for tourists. We hope you are impressed with the collections that we display and we look forward to your next visit. Hopefully this pandemic will pass quickly so that other tourists who want to visit can enjoy it too. Your review is very helpful for other visitors. Thank you, Regards
