The Sanur Beach Promenade is lined with brightly painted outrigger boats along the water's edge, and good restaurants and cafes opposite. Treat yourself to a massage offered by one of the many masseuses with divans on the sand. If you're there in July, catch the Bali Kite Festival, a colorful international competition.

This is a nice beach with good places to eat and drink along the beach foot path. There are quite a lot of people selling their wares and if you're not interested it's better to be firm rather than fob them off - if you say you will come back later, they remember and it's a bit awkward. But the... More

We briefly stopped by this beach while driving from Ubud to our other destinations in Bali. It was not crowded at all during our visit. Note that located near this beach is a temple that requires visitors to wear sarong and sash. Entrance fee is 50,000. rupiahs per person.

If you visit Bali island, it doesn't complete without spending time at sahur beach, the white sand, and beautiful scenery must be captured on your vacation.

We had a stop over on our way back from Ubud to Sanur beach. Lovely spot of paradise for surfers on Hyatt reef. Nice little restaurants too. Shane F. Qld

Well there is no beach walking in Sanur but there is a promenade and this a huge positive for Sanur with restos/bars > vendor stalls (little mixed on this). The beach as virtually everywhere in Bali sucks due to the garbage > they rake the beach but the next lot over may not and often the garbage is simply mounded... More

Fantastic to stay and explore. It is a less busy part of the island that has stores run by many locals so the experience is nicer and not as expensive as other parts or as busy. Very friendly people and the beach is clean. It has tours operating to the small islands of Lembongan and Ceningan for day trips for... More
