This couple really know how to run a cooking class! From the moment I was picked up to when I had to head out a tad early and was chauffeured solo back to my hostel, everything was organized. I would recommend doing the morning class as you get to stop at both the market and rice terraces. All recipes were... More

Lots of fun and great food. Puspa is a delightful hostess and teacher. An amazing range of dishes cooked and a very informative class and cultural insight into Balinese cooking, family and rural life.

This was my second cooking classes taken in Bali and was disappointed. Due to such high reviews here expected to have a wonderful time and learn a lot. First off it's touted as a personal experience with the chef and her husband at their home but we barely saw them. Class takes place in their home but it's been so... More

Really keeping this simple. There is a reason why this is the #1 Cooking class with almost 2400 reviews. It is superb. Just do it and make sure to book in advance. This will fill up. Really awesome and the food is SOOOOOO YUUUUUM!

Real highlight of our holiday, and a thoroughly enjoyable day: visited the market (a bit testing on the stomach), then adjourned to a nearby village where we chopped and cooked for several hours in our host's family compound. Loved the experience, which made me appreciate the effort required - and the joys of high-tech western kitchens! This is a really... More

Puspa and Wayan are hilarious and so friendly. The market and rice paddy excursion are filled with interesting facts and insights into the Balinese culture. The staff are extremely organised and have everything prepared and ready for you to cook each dish when necessary and give good, clear instructions. It is like play cooking a bit, as you only cook...
