Lovely and informative and you can purchase interesting and unique textiles. While they are not cheap market goods, they do represent an historical way of life which could be lost to future generations if places like this didn't exist.

This shop sells the most beautiful hand-dyed and woven fabric items from all over Indonesia. Funds raised through purchases go largely to the women in the small villages to foster keeping the weaving arts alive. Prices are fair, but not cheap and the quality and...More

This is a place with a mission- to preserve and present fine weavings and textiles. Prices are not cheap- nor should they be. Worth visiting for sure.

Nice shop not far from Starbucks. I meant to return to make a purchase but somehow did not make it. Interesting display of a variety of textiles with info on their artisans.

Yes, we are near the crossroads in the centre of Ubud up the side street with Starbucks on the corner. Go up the side street 250 meters and there is the gallery on the right.

Thank you for noting the quality of the weavers' work: we seek to encourage the women we work with to make the finest works they can, and pay them appropriately to continue their work.

So many gorgeous textiles to look at. Beautifully set up, cool ac and extremely helpful staff. I bought a couple of pieces to support the wonderful work they do to preserve these crafts and empower Indonesian women.

Many people note the AC when they walk in off the street! It was originally to keep the textiles happy by controlling mould-inducing humidity, as the gallery is built into the side of a slope. But we are glad our customers enjoy the cool too!

This is a beautiful shop full of very special examples of genuine hand-loomed fabrics and works of art. It is a great place to buy a special gift or memento of Bali
