Although I found this interesting to watch I'd have to say it wasn't my cup of tea The musical instruments they played were amazing. And it's good to see and understand a bit of the culture. You do get a brochure in English to understand...More

We wanted to experience real balinese culture and that is what we got. We got a piece of paper with explination of the dance but we still didn't understand what was going on. The acts were a bit too long for our taste.

This play represents only the second Balinese theatre production that I’ve seen, so I certainly don’t claim to be an expert. However, with the aid of the synopsis that is provided, and English, it is relatively easy to follow. The background music is provided by...More

It was good as they performed their traditional dance and presented the good and evil stories from their past.

$10 entry each person Well worth it. It did become monotonous. Musician were passionate Costumes were elaborate Expect a plate with your photo on it waiting at the end, another $10 ( 100 000RP )

The performance of the dance is good, easy to understand the dance story, with the standard admission price. If you are a fan of cultural tourism in Bali, you must come here. The show is cool and very entertaining.

I didn't watch Fire Dance, but I did watch Barong. Being a theater professional, I was so excited to finally watch a performance that so highly influenced European theater in the beginning of 20th century. Indeed – it must have been shocking experience for the...More

The whole thing is highly amateurish. The costumes are grand, particularly the way the Barong is made up. But the dance is monotonous and the acting quite bad.

I love the culture of Bali and watching this dance is one of good thing i ever done. It was interesting when the two paradox figures as a symbolic of dualism.
