This is a place of worship, not a tourist attraction. Nice ans quiet peaceful place with very old bodhi tree. There's monastery on the back, a library, and pagoda with large Guan Yin (Kwan Im) statue inside. You could have Tjiam Si here (chinese prophecy) with high accuracy. They also sell religious stuff like sculptures, candles, incenses, etc. Please dont... More

Need to go there again if I visit Semarang. The atmosphere is so peaceful. Haven't find many place like this place. It's feel like home. At this place you could find the highest pagoda in Indonesia, you could also ask the keeper how to pray and take the fortune. They also have a shop where you could buy worship material.... More

Stopping by for a while without expecting too much. Arrived right after a morning prayer so the serene atmosphere is still there. The prayers are friendly enough to act too noisy. It has 2 main building: the praying hall and the pagoda. The pagoda is small but very pretty, decorated with some god/goddes statues. Nice place to visit.

The front yard was quite clean and good maintained. Not many people visited it when we were there before noon. We took pictures with the pagoda... More

Not too far from Semarang. Good location. Once you get there, you will not believe that you are in Java island. The temple is built nicely and well maintained. You could enjoy taking photo and selfie for sure.

We visit there because my family in-law request. We arrive there in the afternoon where there is only few people who enjoy each spots for documentation. We love to take pictures in any spots that represent religious symbol, especially when we take candid pictures in front of pagoda. Despite of lack of modern entertainment, this place is highly recommended for... More
