The Old City is great. The flea market which is a mix of real flea market treasures situated next to very high end retail shops is totally strange but somehow works. The clock tower is imposing and beautiful. There is so much to see and...More

We walked over to the Old City of Jaffa from our Tel Aviv hotel. The streets of Jaffa are very quaint, and the waterside is indeed intoxicatingly beautiful. We needed this slower-paced day.

3-4,000 years old. Fascinating history. Mush see ILANA GOOR MUSEUM. Amazing. City about 1 hour walk from Renaissance Hotel in Tel Aviv along beach.

Always great to visit the old Jaffa with its narrow streets, the art galleries, so see the churches around and overlook Tel-Aviv shoreline. The place has also some nice restaurants, I recommend Kalamata. The food and the view are remarkable.

Our choice of Tel Aviv as a weekend vacation is topped with regular visits to the old city of Jaffa, great restaurants, vintage shops, bars and people. Lovely, Lovely.

Nice area but there is nothing very worth to see from my point of view. What is worth to see is the view to the sea. Its highly recommended to go to the nice beach

We wondered in Jaffa old city for two hours. The market offers some local crafts and souvenirs. We also found a beautiful Turkish mosque. But the old city is not very impressive as a must.

You can but just be aware of the cut off time on a Friday which is around 1400. Saturday was not a problem to go visit and see everything.
