I love this beit knesset/synagogue. The people are friendly. I like the outdoor area for praying underneath a canopy. I try to come every Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur because the melody carries you. The place to be for the high holidays if you're Sephardi.

The synagogue is only a short walk from the town and in it you can see the interior of a very synagogue that was originally built in the XV century and named after a very famous scholar, Isaac Abuja.

Beautiful old Sephardic synagogue just off the main street. Donations accepted, restrooms available nearby. You can really feel the history of the building and the city here.
