Lovely to place to imagine life at the time of Jesus, and how Jesus went immediately from the synagogue to Peter’s home to heal his mother in law. So rich in history

Capernaum is a town well-known in the Bible for being a place where Jesus performed many miracles. The ruins now show St. Peter's house, a Jewish synagogue, and a number of other houses. It is owned by the Franciscans now, and they offer tours.
