Excellent and slightly more secluded beach a few minutes drive from beau vallon. The waves do seem to be slightly stronger here and it gets deeper a bit more quickly than it does at beau vallon beach. Nice and clean too.

Situated on the west side of northern Mahe peninsula, this beach is small and very picturesque with palms and granite rocks on it. As its name says best to visit is at the end of the day, 1 hr before sunset - colors are terrific...More

This beach looked different than the other beaches due to sand color being different. It is a few minutes drive from Beau Vallon. Very rough tide when we visited in July, therefore, snorkeling was out of the question as there are big rocks there as...More

Not a huge beac, fairly narrow but lovely white sand and clear waters. There was quite a drop off but as long as the children stayed in the shallow waters they were fine. The snorkeling was incredible according to those in our party who ventured...More

If you are at beau vallon, you can go to this beach on sunset time. Clear water. You can find fish 🐟 nearby. Not too wide beach. Very deep water is sudden so be careful.. Overall you can visit this during sunset 1 hour..

Really enjoyed our visit here. The beach is nice... and the water is clear... however, be careful with the waves.. they can be quite rough. Im not a great swimmer and got 'cleaned out' by a couple of waves! It gets deep pretty fast also....More

This little beach on north coast road is quiet, not that many people go there. As the name promises, located on the west side of the island, it is ideal for sunsets. There is enough shade from the trees and the water gets 2-3 meter...More

The beach is small, nice but the tides were rough when we visited. So it's wad not suitable for a bath. Park along the wall of sunset beach hotel as there is no dedicated parking lot.
