A smallish park, but beautiful with the flowering tulip display. An old amphitheater, a pleasant walk and pretty lake. Good play areas and a peaceful spot- when the festival is not on.

One of the nicest times is spring during the Tulip Festival when Albany celebrates our Dutch heritage. There are all kinds of tulips in bloom and the park is at its most photogenic.

A delightful park in the middle of the city yet inviting to all who enters to relax and walk, run or cycle as fast as you can. It’s a safe location and scenic as well. I’m so thankful to live nearby.

The park has a very nice area with a beautiful fountain and lovely flowers. Easy parking along the streets in the park.

It's a city park. Bunch of the monuments, some trees, number of benches, couple of lawns. And roads crossing it everywhere. Too many cars, too much traffic to enjoy the park

This is a peaceful, beautiful, place for a jig, walk, or picnic. My girls, dog, and I had a great time walking through the park. Beautiful flowers, fountains, and pond. The ampatheater would make a great family night out!

I was away on business, but had down time in the evenings. I was told "Damn Yankees" was playing in the park so I checked it out. What a beautiful place! From the water, to the lush trees and hills...it's just so beautiful. The public...More

The tulip bulbs were dug up and sold (an annual event) last weekend. So the park is ready for summer planting and you missed the vent. Sorry. It's still a very nice park if the weather is good.

Probably too early. The city crews started planting on April 1, 2017. The Tulip Festival is always Mother's Day weekend which will be May 13 & 14 this year. The tulips are planted to maximize the bloom on Mother's Day.

I don't know. There have been various bird issues in the park, including crows and geese. I will check around about the ducks.
