The staff attending to our query was friendly & helpful as before. Same good experience as per our last visit. Frankly, this is just an information booth, so really not much thing to assess.

So far our experiences with Korean Tourists Information Centres in different cities & towns over the years have generally been helpful & friendly. No different here. They were helpful & try their best to communicate in their limited English ( some staff speak better).
