The bridge is now open for you to walk across, free of charge Yes it is a modern reconstruction but they have done a very good job of it indeed. Looks like they are still working on landscaping at either end of it

Visited Gyochon Village and the bridge which is just beside the village. At night, the whole bridge is lit up and is very beautiful. Very peaceful to sit by the river and look at the bridge. Bridge and its surrounding area are still seal off...More

Sorry for the late reply. I am not sure when the bridge lights will be turn off. I went there about 10 pm.
