Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This park is expensive and mediocre at best. We attended in late May and many of the features were closed. One staff member told us the park was under repair and another said it was due to wind (there was a slight breeze). Our six-year-old was slightly too short for the only two slides that were open which was very disappointing for him. We asked for a refund and the staff said they would "look into it."

The wave pool was open but there is a mandatory purchase of a life jacket rental to use it ($9 CAD each). This was a bit ridiculous as the water came up to my chest (I'm 5'11), except for at the very front of the pool. If we got too close to the front of the pool, the lifegaurds would blow a whistle and tell us to move back. So that felt like a blatant cash grab. On a related note, you can't use the pool seats at the park without paying an additional $30 CAD per seat. Bring your own towels or be stuck buying the tiny towels on offer for $5CAD each.

We went back to the staff half an hour later to ask if they had "looked into" a refund. They said, at that point, we'd enjoyed he park for half an hour and should just pay for it. This should give some indication as to how this business is run.

Give this attraction a pass. There are some other great attractions on Jeju that seem to care about customer service.

Sorry for the people who work in this park, but it's a real rip-off.

To start with, charging full price when 80% of the attractions are closed seems dishonest to me.

During our visit, only two waterslides were open, but only one was accessible at a time, so there was far too much of a wait for a few seconds of descent.

What's more, not only was admission very expensive for so few activities (45,000 won per person), you had to pay for a sunbed (90,000 won) and you had to hire lifejackets to access the wave pool (the only outdoor attraction open).

Clearly far too expensive, a real rip-off for tourists.

The water park is ok. It would have been way better if you didn’t have to pay extra for swim vests and extra for sun beds. So practically paying entrance fee doesn’t mean you go and have fun. You are forced to spend good amount of money to have a good time.
