Arranged train tickets from Kandy to Ella. All worked well and was in order. Would happily recommend or use again.

We were worried about the situation in Sri Lanka, (lack of fuel) but we needn’t have been as visit Sri Lanka Tours were excellent in helping us ensure we had transfers from one Hotel to another. The drivers were very good extremely professional and arrived on time.
We also booked the lovely train journey from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya which took the stress out of ordering train tickets online ourselves.

Brill service. Booked in uk prior to leaving for Sri Lanka. They organised train tickets. Very easy and clear instructions. Easy to pick tickets up in Kandy.
Fantastic service. Also travelling Sri Lanka is fine right now. We’re here with young children and nonproblem for tourists.

Booked online prior to leaving UK and received confirmation that train tickets from Ella to Kandy all booked.
Was very easy to pick up the tickets and the train journey was fantastic!

Was kept up to date with my bookings and the advise on collecting tickets was great too.

I used Visit Sri Lanka tours to book train tickets for 4 journeys around Sri Lanka. Their website was easy to use and I received confirmation that the tickets had been bought on my behalf the next day which was much quicker than I expected. (this is the standard procedure for train booking in Sri Lanka - you can’t book direct). We picked up our tickets from the train station and away we went!
