I simply adored walking around and chatting with the sellers. They are very friendly and want to please the tourists. Gifts and souvenirs galore and a great opportunity to support local people.

Tourists should go upstairs to the souvenir portion. Prices are fair and the people are friendly, but not annoying. It does not feel like a tourist trap, but rather just people with their goods they have made. Worth a stop!

Nice place for buying souvenirs. Many options to choose from. The sellers are very pleasant and relaxed. For the best price, always worth to try to negotiate. :)

This market serves both the locals as well as tourists. Some tourists might find it a little unsettling, but there is absolutely no need to fear. Yes, it's cramped and full of goods and people, but this is exactly the charm of the place. If...More

This is definately a place to avoid. The market structure looks intimidating and I have no idea why it has not been properly refurbished to make it more attractive esp to tourists.

Seeing how there is not much to do here this was a wonderful attraction. There is a sort of farmers market right outside that's lovely too

This market is full of local color. Stalls brimming with colorful fruits and vegetables, household good, souvenir area... It's packed and surrounded by traffic. The local people, however, are not friendly to tourists. They generally do not want pictures taken. Many don't even want tourists...More

This is a bustling market sells every thing from fruit to crafts. Be ready to bargain, as the locals will bombard you to purchase their goods. But it's so much fun & lively.

I agree with Butch J. If you are going through Manzini and have time to stop at the market then I would say yes, definitely go to the market. However, I wouldn't spend the time traveling just to go to the market. There... More
