Unfortunately the museum closes at 5 pm and i arrived too late but the gates were still open so i wandered in ad looked at an old locomotive, some rolling stock and old railway buildings. I could not enter any of the buildings as i...More

It certainly isn't at the map location on TripAdvisor, and given the website no longer exists, after 30 mins of walking around and asking locals, we gave up. I don't think it exists now.

If you are into old trains and logging history you will probably get a lot out of this place. Aside from that its a nice place to wander and stretch your legs but not somewhere I would return to. Enjoyed the visit none the less....More

A pleasant stroll around the well preserved exhibits but nothing to detain you for more than an hour, as there are more interesting places to visit.

Old Hualien railway station, it has been renovated nicely with proper signs that tell you all the past. This cultural park is good for family or train lovers.

There was a steam locomotive sitting there, which was enough to lighten up my son's day. He also enjoyed other little things, such as the Japanese-style room with the wooden floors, and a fish pond. Tiny but beautiful place on a sunny day.
