You should be able to take the orange / red Phetchaburi - Hua Hin -bus and get off at Swiss Sheep Farm (skip Venezia, it's almost completely empty) for little money. The bus goes to Cha Am and Phetchaburi if you want to go further. Or, just rent a motorbike and ride there yourself.
