Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had two busy days in Bangkok visiting the Mae Klong market, the 3 major temples, also a boat trip on the klongs and also a day in Ayutthaya. Lovely experience, well organised with lunch and drinks included and private transfer in a air-conditioned van. Our driver and Lisa our guide were very friendly and she gave us lots of information about the Buddhist religion, history facts.
The other two days were spent in kanchanaburi with our driver Tim and our guide Tik who were again very friendly and professional. We visited the Erawan water falls which were fabulous, visit of the Hellfire museum and death railway. Then we ended up at the Hindad hot spring for a relaxing end of day. We stayed in a floating hotel which was amazing.
To summarise we had a fantastic time full of culture, history and fun. Thanks to safarine tours and also to Thibault who was very patient, professional and who fulfilled all our expectations !
We will be back.

On Thursday, December 21, we took an E-scooter tour with our family, including our 5-year-old son. Soon we went to a quiet part of town and entered the countryside. We had beautiful views and saw a peacock and other animals. At our request we also went a bit to the mountains. People thought along very well. All three of us enjoyed this trip! The E-scooter is in very good condition! We loved our trip! Thanks you.

We were picked up at our hotel by Watt (the driver) and Mod (the guide). As during the whole three days they were perfectly on time or even in advance.
What first strikes is the magnificent level of English of Mod explained by the fact that he was born in the US.
He then admitted that he was a Manchester United fan. A fault confessed is half redressed so we decided to start the trip 😁.
Thanks to their kindness and professionalism we spent a wonderful three days.
We especially appreciated the choice of very authentic restaurants.
We would highly recommend.

These are wonderful waterfalls in the spiritual mountain. The hike is easy for first 4 tiers, then become moderately difficult for some people. It is worth getting to the top. We could witness the effects of global warming on this mountain and the reduction of the water at the top fall. Although it is still beautiful at all of the falls, visit them while they are still exited. Kayaking on the River Kwai is nice and easy.

The beauty of the people of Thailand reflects the incredible beauty of its countryside. The atmosphere in this special place is breathtaking, I have traveled almost everywhere that is not out of reach of an everyday traveler, and this place is so breathtaking to me that I have decided to purchase a small farm upon which I will retire.

Was an amazing tour. Our guide Thic was so knowledgeable about all the history and areas we went to. He let us enjoy each location without rushing us to the next spot and really was a pleasure to have conversations with. The waterfalls were beyond anything we could have imagined and the kayak tour at the end to the River Kwai bridge was beautiful. He even stopped and made me a hat out of a giant leaf bc it was so hot lol. I would highly recommend this tour to anything traveling to Kanchanaburi! Great value

Wonderful place to visit during December, as there is no rain. Might be quite dangerous during wet day. Not so difficult till level four.

One of the few operators in this beautiful part of Thailand that will accommodate younger children. At the last minute we contacted them and they arranged a car to pick us up and take us to a quiet spot on the River Kwai, loaded us in our kayaks, gave us water, and sent us down the river until the bridge. An amazing experience. The guide spoke French and a little English but he was kind and helpful. Definitely worth checking out if you want to do something with younger children.

Bring a bathing suit to join the locals in the small pool or climb the fall. If you like to explore why not take the trail to your right and climb to find the caves and be surprise to see what is inside. I won't spoil it.
