I think the PADI course offered by 3willys is the most reasonably priced among dive centers in Phuket. The dive sites for the two days were Phi Phi Island and Racha Island.
My first day of pool training was guided by instructor Shu. Shu is a good instructor and it is hard to find a Chinese speaking instructor in Phuket, so I booked the course more than 1 month in advance. However, I was sick the next day, the dive center changed my instructor without notifying me. To be honest, I'm not satisfied because the new instructors don't know what the students' progress are. Me and my friend were shocked that why 3willys would change my instructor without notice but luckily we still met a good instructor after that.
My open water instructor is Sam, Parham Habibi. Since Sam didn't know how we performed in the water, before the first dive, Sam provided us with basic knowledge and made a lot of preparations. He always concerned about our safety and he checked our equipment before every dive. Plus, he also reminds us from time to time what to do next.
Although Sam is young, but Sam is a experienced, professional, responsible and careful instructor with strong leadership skills. His teaching way made me and my friends dive with confidence and finally we passed the OW course.
I would definitely recommend instructor Sam, me and my friend really enjoyed the fun dive with Sam! He is also a great underwater photographer, the following pictures are taken by Sam.😉
By the way, the MV Mermaid provided excellent foods and service (compare with Malaysia). I felt relaxed, enjoyable after diving, this experience made my time in Phuket unforgettable.🤗

From a couple where one had not been active in +4 years and the other had never tried it, and were super nervous…we could not have asked for a better and more professional experience. The personal we bought the trip from was extremely sweet and professional - they answered all our questions detailed and made sure we understood. But the best part was the experience we got from our diving instructor Frank. He was smiling from the moment we met him, and he made me (the inexperienced) feel extremely safe immediately! He also made sure my boyfriend felt he was listened to and were helping him as well to improve. Frank also understood we wanted this experience as a couple and made sure we had time to swim together and take pictures with him close enough to still make me feel safe and looked after. We had 3 dives during the day and it was an amazing experience! Beautiful, fun and special. A big recommendation from us to 3Willys Diving Phuket and to Frank!

Frank is a man of the word! If he promises to show the sea horse, he will show it even sea horse is on leisure trip to neighbour coral. When he expect to meet with turtles, he shows his and let you find your one too. And if sharks are shy, believe him and follow his finger, you will see them as well.

Extremely well run and very professional dive operator. Dive Masters took out small groups - including non divers to introduce them to the wonders under the sea. They filled tanks onboard with a compressed air machine on the boat. First class equipment, wonderful instructions and great people. Sam really helped my sister (who never dove before) to enjoy three dives, teaching basic skills and shepherding her through all conditions. She was safe and well looked after and I had a great time too. Eloise was a fantastic tour group leader and the boat crew was amazingly efficient and supportive. We also had a proper breakfast, very robust lunch and snacks/drinks throughout the day. It cost us $300 USD for two divers to do three dives each ( two on Koh Noi and one on Koh Yao). Highly recommended

My wife, daughter and I did a walkin off the street (old store location) and met Will and family, we had a good feeling about him and the shop. He recommend a trip that would be good for us both to dive but still have time to look after our young daughter while we took turns diving. I did some fun dives with Sam (our instructor that day) and my wife did a discovery dive. During the dives Sam took some photos of us and offered to email them. My wife is really looking forward to the emailed photos of her doing her 1st dive. To sum up we had a good day and experience, if we are in Patong again sometime we would go again with them, great people.

Excellent service! The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly, and the whole experience was incredibly smooth and effortless.
One thing to note: it really doesn't matter where you're staying on the island. You will save very little time by booking a stay close to the harbour, and the minibus ride is already included in the price. So go ahead and book your stay at the place that appeals most to you.

Me and my girlfriend just finished our 3 days diving course. It was so much fun! At the first day our instructor Frank learned us a lot of important stuff in the pool, where we practiced our divers skills half day. The second and the third day we did diving in the open water where again we practice our skills but deep down in the ocean. This guys are so professional and we will definitely come back one day to do advanced open water course, because diving in Thailand and also with them is unforgettable experience! 😁😁😁

I had a excellent experienced in my first time in scuba diving even I don’t know how to swim. But my instructor Frank was very patience and make you feel safe and confident underwater. I recommend 3willys Phuket.

This operation stresses close detail to a relaxed dive experience. Minimal numbers per guide, great equipment package and good coordination with the dive boat.
Franck was extremely accommodating and very experienced so he knows will make a good dive for you. More importantly in a relaxed manner.

We went on all three of their daytrips and took two PADI specialty courses with them. Everything was great! Great English-speaking competent instructors, great affordable prices, and the diving boats they go out with are very nice and have delicious food. The daytrips include taxi pickup and return to the hotel which is very convenient. 5/5 stars, we would love to come back!
