I was warned by a friend months before we came here. Since we've nothing to do we tried the elephant trekking but it was heartbreaking to see how they treat their elephants just for them to earn money. I saw one elephant with wound on it's head, could not help but asked what happend and if they are treating the... More

We came to Phuket for our honeymoon, and decided to give this tour the benefit of doubt. Poor elephants. Upon arrival there was a baby elephant chained to the ground at check in. One of the kids was punching the elephants trunk, and the poor animal looked so unhappy. I went up to pet the baby, and she gently wrapped... More

Out of the 9 days we spend in Phuket, this was by far the worst thing we did. The moment you enter the area, it feels strange. It`s like you are being watched and held at gunpoint. Elephant ride was short, with no views and very dangerous. The road was muddy, slippery, with very sharp cliffs, thus giving you the... More

We paid for a 30 min trek. The path offered was through a dingy area with litter and no views. The rain pummeled us, our elephant driver wanted inflated prices to sell his wares and threatened if we didn't buy from him it would mean bad luck for our family. Go elsewhere!

As i sat on the elephant i was sure that i was going to slip thru the small rope. the poor elephant seemed so tired and worn. we did it for 30 minute and i just wanted off the poor elephant. there was zero view of anything definitely not in the jungle and no sea view at all. The whole... More

Was a bit steep and I didn't like being accosted 1/2 way round to buy some trinkets. However the kids really enjoyed it and it is a one off. We did 1/2 hour which was more than enough. The people doing the skyline zipping seemed to be having more fun.

Kids loved the experience although 15 minutes would be more than enough (did 45 mins). There is not much of a seaview in this place but the view that people get are huts where the elephant guides probably live (not a great sight). The trek is short but fills the 45 mins as there is constant stopping. The guides were... More

Elephant trekking wasn't too bad you go on a walk for a few minutes but not a joy ride through tropical environment. Went to monkey show was very sad and cruel, monkey's were chained up around necks and basically forced to do what they do by being yanked with the chain. Monkey's grab chain to try take it off. I...
