Went there for a day in Feb 2017 with friends. Nice day..abit crowdy..but Ok. Food in restaurants was not great.

Super crowded! And dominated by the Russians? Odd and honestly kind of surprising, given that it was so highly praised on Lonely Planet. I went after visiting Big Buddha down south since it was en route home - and the beach was so packed, there wasn't even room to put down a beach towel. Honestly, would not go back and... More

Long sandy beach with beautiful vistas in the background, many small please boats from sail to power and plenty of small restaurants....great place to swim and relax...however don't expect to rent beach lounges, chairs etc. as the local government does not permit rentals.

one of many good beaches in phuket, on the south end is a natural pool that fills with water during high tides - our kids loved to play in that pool

Excellent swimming beach. Clean water and sand. We went early, 8:00..... and had to wait till 9 to find breakfast.

Very good shallow water snorkeling here. Saw many colorful fish of the sea around the rock formation separating the two sections if beach. Love how small and still great this beach is. Be mindful 5hough it can be very rocky and if you're not careful you could injure yourself on the shallow rock. There are some small black sea urchins... More
