nice to discover but very small. rooftop cafes are best and least hassle. ignore those trying to show you the lookout tower; they will pester!

Loved the winding alleys and soaked in lots of atmosphere, not so crushed as the Sousse Medina. Treat yourself to coffee or breakfast on the corner restaurant and enjoy the Turkish atmosphere

If you are lucky enough to get you to the right Medina, bargains can be had but haggle hard as they will not respect you and take advantage....See a bargain but haggle and do not be affraid to walk away...Only pay what you think it...More

The place is gorgeous. Beautiful, renovated alleys, houses, doors... Yes, the shop owners are desperate for tourist money, so they will bug you. But just nicely say "no thank you" and walk away. Going early in the morning is way better.

I guess I am used to the larger Medina’s in other cities in the Arab world. Walkable in about 1 hour. Shopkeepers are a bit pushy-just say no nicely and keep walking. Found a lovely artist that I chatted with for about an hour and...More

A great experience with so much colour and lots of holiday gifts. The vendors were quite persistent but not aggressive.

I haven’t stayed in that hotel , there are small busses on the road , it accommodates like 15 people max and they are cheap .but it was 4 of us ant taxis were more convenient for us rather than public transport
