Beach itself didn't look too clean but it was peaceful to sit by the blue waters to look around and relaxing to look at it from above. If they cleaned up this place it would probably be really nice place. What a shame

This could be a beautiful beach but many of the hotels aren't open and no one else takes responsibility for clearing the plastic and other rubbish from it. There is a build up of seaweed at the water's edge too which isn't nice.

The fishermen in Hammamet still use the drag system of nets to catch their fish . The beach in the cove by the ancient fort & Medina is dotted with colorful old fishing boats and nets .
