Great place for the day or night, lots to see and eat. Pirate ships, castle walls to walk, restaurants, bars and clubs open at 11pm, kids amusements, parks and fountains galore. Plus loads of places to shop near by.

After a walk I found the harbour, shame its spoilt by intrusive boat trip sellers hassling you to buy their trips, put me off returning there.

There are 2 Bazaars. One is 2 streets up from the harbour and the other is by the dolmus station. Not as big as Istanbul but plenty of choice.

There are markets most days, Log onto Alanya Markets. A veg market is next to the Dolmus Terminus on Saturdays and the Bazaar is in close proximity.
