Fantastic service.
Booked pickup and return both journeys were great.
We were delayed leaving Manchester which we advised the company of via WhatsApp and they monitored our flight and waiting when we arrived.
Arranged a time for our return for which they were early.
Can’t fault the service at all and will be using them again for our next holiday in June 24.

Shopping trip with transfer

I thought Grand Transfers were excellent. Easy to use, easy to book. I believe this is a family run business. The driver was very friendly, lovely and on time. The driver picked us up from our hotel in a new vehicle that took 9 of us from our hotel in Belek to the shops in Lara Beach, Antalya. I will definitely use this company again next year when we return to Turkey as we will use them to pick us up from the airport. Very reasonable in price.

Such a polite taxi service , 2 lovely gentleman no messing around and very cheap.. would 100% recommend (stay away from yellow taxis in turkey as they was charging double than these guys and grand transfer taxis are a lot nicer )

Antalya airport to the hotel ride

The car was around 30 minutes late to pick us up from the airport. One of the guys met (greeter) us at the exit with a sign but then we (a family of 7) were standing there waiting for the car to arrive while this guy was feeding us lies that the car is just a few minutes away. On the ride to the hotel the driver was trying to sell us on his friend's leather and furs store... Anyway - it was not that pleasant and we were tired after a long flight, but they delivered us to the hotel eventually.

Amazing company to deal with, great communication and very quick responses to any of our queries but Russel our return transfer driver deserves a special and massive thankyou for all he done to help our family yesterday when I took unwell on the journey he even diverted on trip to ensure I could get to a pharmacy so to get a medication, letting me sit with windows down ensuring I was hydrateds and just generally being a legend of a guy 🫶 I will be booking these guys for me holiday again next year. 100% recomend using this company. 5 star rating from us

Great transfer! On time, friendly, and great rate.

Great transfer! On time, friendly, and waited at the airport when our luggage was delayed! They make communication really easy using whatsapp so that we could message the driver from the baggage area to let him know. We booked a round trip transfer to Side departing 9pm, and they let us pay half upfront and the other half at the return. The driver was early and waiting outside the hotel lobby for our return trip. The driver was safe, friendly and helpful. It is best to bring cash, but in a pinch they were able to take a credit card payment through a website. Initially, when looking online, we werent sure if the company was up to date & still operating in 2023. We had seen some other companies that ghosted & didn't arrive at the airport or hotel for the return trip, causing the person to take an expensive taxi, but that was not a problem at all, so I would definitely recommend Grand Transfers!
