The van was too hot. Apparently, it was parked in the sun for too long. We climbed in expecting the HVAC and the open windows to cool the car and replace the air full of plastic fumes. But the windows were not openable and the AC was underpowered. So, we breathed the fumes and sweated.

We use the service often. and everything has gone well. But now the trip to the hotel was disappointing. We had ordered and paid in advance for the beers in the car. At the hotel, the driver tried to charge us again for the beers. And got angry when we didn't pay. We gave him a tip and he just angrily threw the tip money on the floor of the car. And he shouted something after us that we didn't stop to listen to.

When we made the reservation for transfer, we were told that the driver would wait outside the terminal . On the morning of arrival we received a WhatsApp and we were directed to their stand 34 outside Terminal 2 As we arrived via Istanbul, we had to carry all our luggages from Domestic terminal to their stand. So it was quite a distance. Not ideal when is 40-45 C outside. Car was very dirty but the driver was very nice. On the return journey the car was clean and on time.
