I paid 5 EUR extra to have child seat, but the transfer was without child seat.
The driver rationale was: “The trip is not long, so it does not matter”. Note: it took 30 minutes from hotel to airport. So safety for children depends on whether you drive 30 minutes or 3 hours? No matter what, I paid extra for this add on service without getting the service.
I have not received my money back. Still waiting response on my mail request.

Booked taxi to the hotel driver didn't turn up on time .Phoned company on whatsapp he was keep making excuses problem with car and traffic which was completely lie.
I had 3 young kids with and they were really tired .At the end driver came 1hr and 30 mins late .Vw transporter van was very nice .
Poor communication with company .

The car never showed up so I almost lost my plane. I called them 7 times on the phone, but they kept hanging up on me and laughed. They said it was my problem. So I desperately got a taxi and got to the airport at the last second.

Bizim transfer didnt turn up on the day of the transfer
Couldn't get through to them for 15 minutes (another issue in itself, on the day of the transfer there's no way to track your driver)
Eventually when I did get through to them they told me they were unable to take us to the airport and left us stranded with no other options despite the fact that i had paid! I ended up missing my flight.
Looking at reviews its clear I am not the only person that had experienced this!

I booked this company especially as they listed on the website that I could pay cash tk the driver. This was essential to me as the cards from my home country don’t always work for online transactions.
24 hours before arrival they contacted me to say I had to pay with a card or my transfer would be cancelled. This wasn’t ideal as I was en route to Antalya already. I tried to explain and they where not assistive.
They are therefore false advertising and so would not recommend them for transfers as you could also be let down as I was.

They have said we need to wait up to 55 mins for a shared shuttle. But they have us waited for 95 mins just to pick up the next costumer. And it turned out that their fligh has been delayed. Dont trust them or select a time before your arrival time. On top of that, we were said that this much waiting is okay during holiday. But we were on a business trip and had a presentation :( we have almost missed it :/ Imagine you wait outside of the airport with a ONE YEAR OLD BOY till an uncertain time! They kept saying in 10 mins in 10 mins. Otherwise, we would have gone with another service. Never again with this service. They have no repsect for their job.

I have ordered transfer from hotel to airport at 18 50, but car came at 15, because they assume that in case you are going to airport you are putting not pick up time, but departutre time at airport. Web site form still writes pick up time, but they dont care. So i ordered, chose pick up date time and paid. I refered with screenshots to support and they did nothing. All I got a discount code for next ride which is not working. It costs me 72 eur, they does not respond for their faults.

I scheduled a pick up to take us to the airport and called the company when they were 5 minutes late, to then be told to walk 15 minutes to a different location to the one I’d arranged it from (bearing in mind we had 4 bags of luggage and were limited on time). Ended up having to call an Uber which arrived within 3 minutes.

We booked with flight tracking but had to wait for our driver to turn up. Once he did, he didn’t know where he was going to our hotel. The journey took forever and included several phone calls and him pulling over outside various shops to ask for directions. We showed him the address and gave him several verbal hints about the hotel location using a translator app. He was quite dismissive and very rude to us. We could not wait to get out of his minibus. Although we had also booked an airport return with Bizim Transfer, we decided to cancel it and forfeit the money we’d spent as we no longer trusted them to arrive on time and we could not miss our flights. We would expect a driver to know in advance where he was taking his passengers. Poor service all around.

Already 35 minutes late and they put in the booking.com app that they have already picked us up which is a lie! We might loose our flight today due to this terrible company.
