Great boat tour! We saw underwater city and a lot of tombs on the slopes of hills. This is something worth spending your time (and money). Unfortunately, our guide spoke mainly in Russian (just 4 of us were speaking English so he didn't bother). I...More

we docked on the opposite cove from APerlai and did the 30 minute walk on the Lycian way to the ancient city. It's hot and dusty, but flat and an easy and worthwhile hike to the hills filled with tombs

We got dropped off at Apollonia ruins and hiked to Aperlai on the well-marked Lycian Way trail (90 mins to 2 hrs). Snorkelling in the underwater ruins of Aperlai was amazing--if they don't look like much at first, keep swimming down the shore. The ruins...More

Combined with a boat trip to sight see, swim and visit the fort, this stone sarcophagus in the sea is worth a peek. You walk through the old village to get there and that is fun in itself.
