About
The beautiful Manavgat Waterfall is a perfect spot for a picnic and a relaxing stroll as you enjoy the soothing sounds of the water flow over the rocks. Consider visiting the falls as part of a boat tour of the Manavgat River, taking in the views and enjoying the cool breeze from the deck. While swimming is not allowed, you can dip in the cool waters at other parts of the river. The park is open daily throughout the year and is easily accessible by car. There are restaurants offering refreshments and traditional Turkish fare, as well as picnic areas in the surrounding area. – Tripadvisor

Last minute trip. Caught a dolmus to Manavgat and did the river trip but could have caught the dolmus to the falls. Cheap entry fee and the falls themselves are quite small but still worth the short trip out to see them and enjoy the bars and eateries there.

    Wonderful waterfall
What a beautiful place to visit. The entry fee is next to nothing and it is very much a favourite place for locals. You walk in to a lovely shaded wooded area that has a few small shops, drinks and ice creams. The waterfall is lovely and the colour of the water in the Manavgat river is a wonderful turquoisy green. A lovely place to sit and chill and watch the world go by.

    Beautiful
Beautiful place. We visited as part of a 'mixtour' so we're only given about twenty minutes but would happily have spent two or three hours here. There were a few gift shops and a restaurant and also refreshment stands. Just 1 euro to get in.

Would recommend if you are in the area
Glad we went, but don't go as a day trip. We went after a day at the bazaar and mosque. Great photo opportunities. Unsure on ease of transport as we took a taxi from manvagat town; about 200 lira (£5). Took about 20-30 mins to look round. Had a few shops/cafes around. Ice cream about 2 euros each. Shops were generic souvenir shops and a few handmade craft stools. We had a glass dog made off a photo of our dog, highly recommend

    Beautiful waterfall
We got a taxi here as was short taxi ride away from our hotel so was a nice short trip out. We didn't do the day trips excursions for it. It is good to do for a short trip The waterfall is small but beautiful and water looks so inviting. Really would have loved to swim in or near it. You are not allowed to swim in it. There is a small area next to the waterfall with a fountain which you can swim in but was freezing, murky and slippy. There were men with parrots, whom are actually their pets and are well looked after. You can hold them and have your photo taken. Great for kids and adults alike. It is very touristy. Lots of markets about. Nevertheless our experience was good we loved it and would recommend for a short trip.

Good place for a rest and cooling off
Lovely place, but very small. You'll get a great meal for a reasonable price. It's also very clean and inexpensive to get in. Great venue if you look people watching as locals enjoy diving into the water across the river. It was paradise a few years ago when it was less touristy and not enclosed. You could actually get into the water.

    Pretty Views
We stopped past the waterfall on a jeep experience day, they charged us €2 each to go in which we are aware that is more than the entrance fee. The place is small and lots of people trying to get pictures but if you walk a little further and down some steps you can get some beautiful pictures. We didn’t get long here but there is places to have a drink, ice cream or food. You are charged to use the toilets so do be aware if you’re desperate make sure you have change. The place is beautiful and I would have liked longer. Slightly disappointed that you are face to face with a Starbucks but as everywhere this could be heaven to some people. Glad I visited and when I return to Turkey I will most definitely be putting it on my to do list and spend longer there.

    Beautiful clear water
We visited Managvat Waterfall as part of a day trip from Analya. Our visit was included in the price and we were only there for 30 minutes. The waterfall is only small but great to look at. Plenty of choices for food and drink and toilets. Everything clean and tidy. Quite busy when we went mid afternoon

    Beautiful spot
A pretty place. There is a cafe, vice cream places and a few shops too. Ice cream not expensive- one scoop was one euro although we paid the Turkish lira equivalent. A small entrance fee- I think it worked out around 80p per person. The waterfall itself is more of a weir but very pretty as the water is a beautiful colour. Nice place to take photos. Worth popping by if you’re in Manavgat.

Very nice place to take a rest. The waterfall is very beautiful and whole place is very refreshing espcially in hot Turkish summer. You can cool yourself in clean water, buy some gifts in souvenir shops, or enjoy drinks in a grove next to the river. On the other hand there was a lot of people, so the place is a little bit overcrowded and it´s not very easy to (e.g.) take a photo :))

The boat along the river was lovely, then you need to be bused to the bigger waterfall. You can actually walk in the water there.
Our guide took us to the bus driver and they were all very nice.
HOWEVER, we went with Bootour who are all along the river in Manavgat, and when we returned from the waterfall our boat had left! So be careful. There are a lot of these boats and we were the only ones on their boat and they kept us waiting a long time before we left, then dumped us! It was an old man and a young man working together. The old man got you into the boat, then left you with the boat driver. Thankfully bus driver phoned him for us and he said he was on his way back, just 10 minutes, he phoned him a couple of times and got the same answer. 40 mins later we were still waiting and trying to get a taxi, when another boat , about the third that had arrived since, came and the driver asked for us and took us back. Not a nice experience!
Only go on these boats if there is a few others there too!

We walked from Manavgat to both the small and big waterfalls, it was a nice walk, with almost no traffic but neither waterfall was worth the effort. The small waterfall is really a few rapids, enough to stop boats going further upstream but almost invisible, with no water cascades. However there is a nice restaurant by the small waterfall that makes a good point to pause for a drink (and has clean toilets that are also free). The big waterfall is better, as the whole river drops about a meter so is a proper water cascade. It costs €1 to get close and there a huddle of overpriced shops once through the pay desk selling anything a tourist would want

The waterfall itself was pretty, didn't take much to take in and be ready to go again though. The water is powerful and a beautiful colour.
It is a massive tourist trap though with a touristy bazaar and restaurants/drink places all over priced compared to other places. You have to pay to get in, pay to use the toilet all for all of 10 minutes looking at a waterfall.

Went here as a part of a trip I had booked through jet 2 holidays. We went very early in the morning so it wasn't too packed but was a little busy. You have to pay for the toilets here. It is a short waterfall but it's pretty there's a little section within there where you can put your feet against the force of the waterfall but this wasn't accessible to me in the time I was there. The trip was very short to this waterfall as there isn't much to do there. There are some ice cream stalls and coffee stands I didn't but anything from these stalls. There's also a little souvenir type stall where they sell multiple things that you can get for people back home.

Would recommend going if it's part of a bigger trip not on its own as there isn't much to do there once you have seen the waterfall and had a little look around there's not much to do there once you have seen it.

Payment to access the area was a surprise.
Waterfalls were very underwhelming, photos and videos make it look special, it's not.. Nice walkways and natural beauty not advertised
I don't recommend this for young children
I don't recommend at all

We we’re staying at the Paloma Finesse hotel in Side and so including taxi rides for two adults and a 14 year old this cost us €80 and it was ridiculous.

The €50 entrance fee for the three of us was a joke as the waterfall although lovely could be seen in under five minutes and even dragging our feet we were out and back in a taxi in circa 30 minutes, this was a genuine rip off and if you need the toilet this cost €0.50 cents per visit per person.

Again I repeat the waterfall was lovely but the cost of entrance and WC facilities was obscene.
