Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have booked an offer from ITS here. Fish spa, salt cave, mud shower, sauna, hammam and medical massage.
We were picked up on time, the drive from Club Grand Side took only 5 minutes. The reception was friendly and professional. You had to fill out a form and sign it. After that we were led to the locker rooms and the procedure was explained. After the changing room we went to the fish spa. That was quite nice but a bit too short with a felt 10’. Then came the salt cave. Nothing was explained and everyone was a bit helpless. From my experience I then helped those present to enjoy it properly. Brief shower, rub with salt and then sweat. Then to the mud bath. The mud shower was cool! Afterwards we went to the Finnish sauna. There was also no explanation and too little infusion of water.
Then there was a very good hammam with a lot of foam. And finally a really excellent massage. Here I was asked if I would rather have 60’ instead of 30’ for an additional fee. I paid the additional fee of 30.- and it was absolutely worth it!
Graduation was then without a face mask and without tea or drinks. Overall, however, a good experience and gladly again

I booked the Keyf spa through the easyJet representative via my hotel. I read several negative reviews on trip advisor so was really nervous but it was honestly really enjoyable and I was pleasantly surprised.
The spa was very clean and the quality and length of the massages was incredible. I was concerned about being split up into male and female groups but I was able to stay with my partner the whole time. We also stayed in swimwear the whole time but I had read several reports online about having to remove all clothing during a hamam treatment.
We were given a complimentary VIP experience as we had a birthday which involved massages in a separate hut and a jacuzzi treatment. The price we paid was much cheaper than my hotel was charging so definitely consider visiting this spa instead of marked-up hotel prices.
The negatives I have is there was quite a long wait for us between the last massage and the treatment before, and I think this must have been down to availability of staff. There is also an expectation to tip each member of staff that treats you which I wasn’t prepared for though this is perhaps an oversight on my part. In addition, there is a fair amount of pushing from the staff in encouraging you to take on additional treatments but as I had read the reviews beforehand I was aware of this and stood firm so didn’t pay any more than I had paid to begin with.

Bulk handling. Shortened applications.
Too many people at once at Dr. Fish Spa and the other treatments.
The salt cave didn't have enough seats. Relax Standing.?
Hamam performed by Asian young men. You could feel sorry for them.
There were already the next customers waiting, could watch while "being washed". We too stood by to wait.
The relaxation room was cold, through the air conditioning. We should rest there with the towel soaking wet.
There was no sign of relaxation. The massage was ok but not 30 min.
We have attached our discontent to the elderly lady. The only answer was that we can still relax with the massage.
Never again!!!

Guys, vacationers, avoid this place. The hotel guide sold us on a trip to this hammam, saying this is the best hammam in Side. Complete nonsense. Firstly: there is such a conveyor belt of vacationers that we had to wait for the Balinese women to quickly wash the people in line in the steam room, and therefore they washed them in haste. Secondly: the promised salt scrub turned out to be for an additional fee. Thirdly: the annoying imposition of additional services, first the employee so inappropriately showers her with compliments, and then she so brazenly comes in during the massage and offers to buy additional massage time, after which the massage becomes unpleasant and quickly comes to an end, and the masseuse herself was so often distracted by her phone , which is generally not clear why it works. Full bottom.
This is the first time I have seen such disrespect for guests. And finally, tea in tiny disposable glasses 😀

The offer was booked through the tour operator. For €35 we were able to go to the fish spa (15 minutes), salt peeling (in our own room), mud bath, sauna (15 minutes), then the bubble bath (washing, soaping and massage) and then the actual massage (full body). about 30 minutes; including transfer by the provider.
I can understand that it gets very crowded in high season, but at the time of travel in the last week of March it was relatively quiet. Clean at all times and the facility has a modern look.
The location is in the outskirts of Side, which is relatively unimportant for tourism, so don't be surprised when you arrive.
I definitely disagree with some of the previous speakers.
The comparison price is €39 on site with a variety of possible additional bookings. It should come as no surprise that this is being advertised locally. At all times but not intrusive. Depends on the staff. Many thanks to Bilgin!

Sanitary standards are not observed. My husband started getting rashes on his legs after the hammam. The pillow under the head in the hammam stank of rotten meat. The procedures themselves are done poorly, because people go through them like on an assembly line. They cheat you into additional services at every turn. During the massage, an employee of the establishment came and began to force an additional massage on my husband and me for $100 per person. Very persistent. We deliberately took an extended program so that they would not pester us. But it did not help. This establishment is disgusting. We didn’t get any relaxation. Only frustration from the money spent.

My daughter and l visited the spa on our last day of our holiday. We opted for an aloe Vera package which was a fish spa, mud and salt bath., swim, Hamman and massage with aloe mask. It was an Expertly managed service, directly us to our next treatment with ease. Staff very friendly and I didn't experience any upselling contrary to other reviews . My only regret was we discovered this so late as it would have been nice to go a couple of times. Would highly recommend a visit. Plus you will spend less than half the cost of the hotel spa and get a more authentic experience.

Keyf Wellness is one of the best places in this world I have ever visited.
I am travelling every year from Melbourne specially to visit and spend the day in such a relaxing environment.
Starting from the receptionist everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and they make you feel that you are very valuable and important and everyone try their best to make you feel relaxed and enjoy every minute while you are there .
Keyf Wellness is extremely clean and beautiful place
Starting from sauna ,than Turkish bath massage , beauty care and facial which is all done by highly experienced professionals At the end of all this experience I felt physically and emotionally relaxed and beautiful.
Living and working in such a demanding world I highly recommend everyone once in a lifetime to viski and experience this amazing place .

We visited end of April 2024, and all in all, we were quite happy.
We booked through our TUI rep as I wanted to make sure my partner didn't have a male masseuse, as he doesn't like it.
I guess we were lucky we visited at a quiet period, as we didn't get the feeling we were on a conveyor belt.
We 1st started with the salt grotto which was lovely and scented with Rose essential oils ; after that it was a mud bath (not a fan, had better ones in Turkey and UK) the water was a bit cold, not much mud and be mindful of the mud waterfalls ;) Probably my least favourite bit. There was a quick photoshoot we bought a couple of photos, as we were in a really good mood (I have no problem with upselling but please use a better quality paper).
Then we had indoor sauna, followed by hammam with kessa and sea salt scrub and foam message, it was really good, the hammam ladies work very hard. Only downside, 2 young teens boy and girl went in with their parents which was uncomfortable for us, as we were in a state of undress (strange adults is one thing, kids another)
Then we had the massages which takes place in tents in the garden, a lovely touch, as you have to walk through a thaï inspired garden with wind-chimes.
TLDR : well thought, room for improvement, cheaper than your hotel

Overall, our experience at this establishment was positive, particularly when it comes to hygiene and the treatments offered. However, one aspect that disappointed us was the aggressive upselling during our massage session. We felt uncomfortable, especially when one's request seemed to be used against the other's. It was particularly inappropriate for a salesperson to approach my spouse, who was in a vulnerable state lying on the massage table, with sales tactics. This experience left her quite upset. It's a shame because the place has so much potential with its good services. There's really no need for such aggressive upselling. We would have happily enjoyed the services without the added pressure.

Why haven't you responded to my complaint ?????????
I was thoroughly robbed and conned on my visit to keyF Hamam , it was absolutely the low point of my holiday and has left me feeling conned and robbed, as I expressed to you in my detailed complaints via your website. You chose not to respond and ignored my complaints. I shall be taking the matter further .

Hi, I'll be visiting this resort this summer and would love to go for a Turkish massage at this place. Unfortunately, I'll be going alone as hubby doesn't do this kind of thing. Is their English good? Is it safe to go alone, if I'm arranging a taxi to pick me up and drop me off? I'm a bit nervous about going alone...
