We had a very unpleasant experience here. We felt very rushed, and there was no direction or organization of the process. It was in no way relaxing. If anything the experience was uncomfortable. I would try another Turkish bath house that is better rated and nicer!

i wanted to experience so was taken there by a excursion company in Kusadasi,
it was not good at firstsight ,no guidance no one attending you , just few ladies having it done in a room n u sit there wating for some instructions .u go to suana , the salt room self assisted ,then u r washed n cleansed by a lady , who sings beautiful songs in turkish n wash you like a mum .she was good , but the experrience was bit haphazard not guided , no tea /drink was offered ,n it was very hot inside the building , and forgot to mention if you dont buy extra masage or face masks etc the reception man gets annoyed but dont buy extra, the massage included is good enough.

The man at the entrance has no people skill, he wants to sell you products. Just ignore him. As for the staff in the bath, these women are very professional. Following the Turkish bath (sauna, steam room, bubble massage, salt rub), I had a fantastic 30 minute oil massage. The costs were: 60 TL pick up and return to my hotel and 15€ for the 30 min. massage. I really like it.

I try to never write a bad review as it could have been a one timer and it can affect a company negatively.
After visiting Ottoman Turkish Bath I felt I need to write this.
On my 1 day stop in Turkey, Kusadasi, I really wanted to experience a Turkish bath.
I booked a highly recommended bath house but had to cancel as my previous commitment ran late.
I feel like a fool as I then booked one from someone selling tours on the street.
Ottoman Turkish Bath
We were told it would be 1.5 - 2 hours.
Sauna, steam room, peeling scrub, bubble massage & salt rub.
Pick up and return to cruise ship
We got:
On time pick up & return to cruise ship.
As soon as we arrived they started a hard upsell.
Which we didn’t add anything on.
After changing I was sent downstairs to the female section and no one was there.
Finally found 3-4 women outside an open door smoking.
No guidance and I had to keep asking “what do I do now” 🤷♀️
10 minutes sauna, 10 minutes steam room.
The bubble massage ( Wasn’t a massage….. it was more like just going through the motions of quickly spreading the bubbles on my body )
Go rinsed and taken to the salt room.
The salt rub was self applied. ( although I didn’t do that as it was a big bowl full of salt for everyone to use in a room that was nasty )
Hardly anyone spoke English.
Maybe they have more locals than tourists.
It isn't a nice bath house aesthetically and felt very grungy.
Definitely, not sanitary.
I never even considered a facility would use the same scrub glove on more than 1 person 😮
Same as the pumice stone for your feet. Yuck
I couldn’t wait to get back to the ship so I could shower in hot hot water and cover myself in sanitizer.

I am male and travel solo. This Hammam was recommended by my hotel and a car was sent by the Hammam to pick me up and a couple from another hotel.
This hammam is not cheap. However, the service is first class. I am an afficionado of Hammams and have been to many both in Turkey and the rest of the world and this is one of the best ever.
I paid 350TL for the full service.
First steam room or sauna and even a salt room. Then I was in the hands of the man allocated to me. I went twice in the same week and had two different masseurs. They were both equally good though their tecniques were slighty different.
First very good dead skin removal and then all over wash. Private room for massage for one hour. Excellent. Then Turkish tea and a rest and driven back to hotel.
Every customer has his/her own room with bed and clothes hooks. The door is locked and one carries the key at all times..
The Hammam is clean and well kept and all are very pleasant though very little English spoken.

Don’t go!! Hotels recommend this place - they must be getting a kick back. Staff was unfriendly and totally disinterested (a lot of yawning during treatment). Everything looked dirty. They gave us wet, used towels. Rooms were noisy- loud tv going non stop as well as some machine that sounded like vacuum. Jacuzzi looked gross so never went in. Awful massage. It was cheap- but def not worth it. I hope I didn’t catch any infections. I can only surmise that any good reviews here were from owner and staff.

Doesnt look much from the outside. In fact, it's fair to say that it looks a little shabby. This doesn't improve when you get inside! Aside from the over-sell of massages, the package we experienced included sauna, steam room, salt scrub and Turkish bath. I had a big burly bloke who scrubbed me good and proper. Please indicate, however, if you want to remain with the same layers of skin you arrived with! Ended with a dip in a cool jacuzzi.
Not bad. Had better though.

Racist to the max, the guy saw my last name so he asked where I came from, when I told him I was Kurdish his mood immediately switched. He was being so rude! Luckily I had a really nice lady performing the hammam treatment on me, she was a really warm and kind person, but for the men working here ugh disgusting!!

Totally loved this experience here, I was chatting to the guy who runs a cafe on the small port pier asked him the best hammam and he said he would arrange for me, the car picked me up, I was asked upon arrival if I wanted a drink, sat down and was offered the choices of treatments, I chose sauna, steam, salt, then shower, total exfoliating which felt harsh but wow does your skin good, the guy who treated me did a brilliant job, then clay all over to cleanse and bubbly bag soap, showers and cold dip and then one hour massage, I had a Turkish tea after, I felt this was an amazing experience and want to thank all the staff for their attentiveness, brilliant and highly recommend but be prepared for the scrub it’s tough but well worth it.
