The extensive tour packages and itineraries that we offer is the culmination of a journey which started in 1989 with the opening of Anzac House in Cannakale. We soon realised the need for a local travel agency to work in conjunction with Anzac House and in 1990 Hassle Free Travel Agency was born. In 1991 we drew up and launched our now world famous Hassle Free daily tours to and from Istanbul and Selcuk.Over the years we have, through experience and the suggestions from our clients, expanded our Hassle Free tour packages to cater for the needs of all travellers. Through this we have become a household name and the travel agency of choice when either visiting the Gallipoli battle fields during the year or over the ANZAC Day period or when visiting the ancient city of Troy or any of the other amazing sites that Turkey has to offer. We pride ourselves on always having the friendliest and most informed staff to assist you, highly qualified tour guides that are experts in their fields to guide you, the best and cleanest accommodation to stay in and safety conscious drivers to transport you.Since our launch we have catered for more than a hundred thousand guests and we still abide by our original philosophy of No Hassles! No Worries! My team and I will be honoured to be your host while visiting our amazing and unique country and we will strive to make your visit a memorable and unforgettable experience.

Excellent and very informative private tour of the battlefield sites. Our guide was polite and friendly but not pushy. He managed our disparate group well (a group of women with two babies) He knew a lot and answered all questions. It's a good idea to go to the museum at the start of the tour so you get an idea... A fantastic tour that all Australians should take. Very informative and the guide Murat Deniz was so helpful and accommodating. We learnt so much about Gallipoli, they took us everywhere and showed us both sides of the war. We did a 2 day tour including Troy, which was also fascinating.

The tour guide had very good in depth knowledge about the subject matter and was very helpful in answering questions. His English was very good. As a follow on we went to the Archaeological Museum in Canacalle. This was disappointing. Very poorly lit, no explanation boards, no history-line, or organisation; just a muddled collection of artifacts. Also un-heated. For a... More

Visiting Turkey in October was an unexpected success. With the off season approaching and news of civil unrest in neighbouring areas the number of tourists were down which meant everywhere I visited I was treated like royalty. The staff at Hassle Free were tremendously helpful. In fact I was afforded private tours by incredible expert guides of Gallipoli, Troy and... More

Cagri my tour guide is amazing (ask for him if you can!). He has a wealth of knowledge that he shares objectively about Gallipoli and the somber history of the area. Also lunch was delicious - order the fish if you can!

I booked the 2 day Gallipoli and Troy tour from Istanbul the day before I travelled and everything was arranged 'hassle free', as the name suggests. I was picked up by a driver precisely the time I was advised in Istanbul on the Wednesday morning and soon after we hit the road towards the Gallipoli Peninsula. The vehicle was a... More
