This place is so magical. The stone formations shaped as chimneys, that is why they are called the Fairy Chimneys. Is a place worth to visit and contemplate the formation and just imagine the centuries it has taken to have this landscape. I recommend this...More

We had a very nice view on the hillside next to this site. Our guide gave us some explanations how it might have happened. This should have taken years and years to come to this natural shapes.

2'nd best place to visit at Cappadocia, you can see biggest rock formations. The place like a fairy tale, with some ancient rock churchs.

Paşabağ a.k.a. Valley of the Monks and I'd rather call it the Mushroom Valley. At least this is the way the locals are referring to it. Indeed, these rocks resemble mushrooms to a certain extent. I can't say if these rock formations are more unique...More

Bus stop with all the tourists imaginable around this place. So do it in the beginning to avoid the experience getting on your nerves. Some spots are worth climbing in the surrounding walls of the main area, specially for the views of the valley around.
