Ever since the cable car was built, it was made compulsory for all visitors to take it hence private tour buses stopped going there (became too expensive to be included in bus trips). This is good cos there's not too much people and true enough,...More

Don't have high expectations when you visit this place, without a guide its a very poor, neglected sight. Plus without a tourist its just "stones" as there aren't much explanation for the area. This place should be maintained and be more organised for tourists' interest....More

Beautiful place in Bergama. Not far from the town. You can see the whole town on and from your way up. You can witness great architecture. You can also see a water body while you are walking around, breath taking view.

We parked the car at the bottom cable way station. The Acropolis ruins are located on top of a steep hill, which seems to be the highest cliff in the area. It makes you feel like standing on the top of the world. Magnificent views...More

The Acropolis must have been a magnificent building in its day, as the site is almost three thousand years old what a story it could if possible tell. Sat at the top of a mountain so the gods could look wright in, well laid out...More

Even though all the best parts have been shipped off to Berlin, Germany, what is left of the Acropolis is still impressive and awesome. Both the actual ruin and the amazing views from it will blow your socks off. Additionally, this site does not seem...More

Took a cable car ride up to the ancient ruins - it is probably the top attraction in Bergama, and one of the most impressive archaeological sites (along with Ephesus). The whole compound is huge, and it will likely take around 1.5 hours to tour...More

The most spectacular view with all the ancient ruins you can spend hours enjoying it. You can view Athen City from the Acropolis. Please wear a good pair of shoes the marble flooring is uneven and it is quite slippery.
