It was raining and we entered in the last 15 minutes. They had plenty of beautiful figures. But I didn't like the inside lights too dark to see the details.

After visiting all the important sites of Bergama , do not miss this small museum. Many finds from the area are displayed here. The museum consists of a courtyard and two rooms and the displays are well done. The one room has statues and various objects found around Bergama. Look out for the for the floor mosaic of the Medusa... More

A beautiful ancient city, so much history and different to others we've visited. Also very few other tourists. Highly recommend going with a guide, e,g, Nazim Udun of Tours by Locals. He brought it to life.

It's mid September and the temperature is Falling overcast and perfect for a trip to the akropolis at Bergama. The trip up by cable car is slow enough to see the sites and enjoy the view ,one way is enough as you can walk down and enjoy the different sites all the way to the bottom. There is so much to... Seems like a small museum but the content is immense... Went in just to tick off my list but was pleasantly surprised. The kids (12-22 yrs old) were entertained as well so definitely go visit. When we were there, it was middle of the day, so the air-conditioned, cool and quiet buidling took us to another time.

Bergama is a region with a history of around 6 thousand years. But most findings start from 4th century BC which are displayed here. Bergama museum is inside the city. Any Bergama tour starts here and continues with Basilica which is also inside the city, Asklepion and Acropolis. The museum is a well preserved one and deserves attention. From Izmir... More

its all stolen , nothing much to see , just some stones and walls . if you want to see pergamon , go to berlin ,the pergamon museum has it all. thats the reason its the most visited museum in germany. ah and yes foreigners pay double triple of what turkish people have to pay , stupid.

This is another church mentioned in the book of revelation. One of the 7 churches. The site of the church is still preserved and can be visited for a small fee. Paul and other apostles spent time here.
