I stayed at Aziziye Otelli - right next to this Mosque - beautiful architecturally but most liked was the park where people sat in the shade in the afternoon right next to the Mosque.

We liked this mosque a lot. However, it is not overwhelming as some of the great mosques in Istanbul and Ankara that we had visited. Quite place with no rush of tourists.
