As part of a safari trip we stopped at the Yaka fish farm. I expected to see lots of different sized trouts. I was surprised to see only two trout swimming around the bar. We were able to touch them and the fish seemed accustomed to this. Walking a little further into the park there were numerous water features and... More

This is one of the best highlights on the jeep safari trip. You can stop here for lunch and eat in the tree houses in between beautiful water falls and mountains. You can stroke the fish at the bar too. You can buy home made pancakes made to order and lovely effes beer and other drinks at the bar. Also... More

Lovely shaded bar/restaurant. Fish galore, even along the bar where you can tickle the trout. This trip was included in the Salikent trip and the included meal was good.

Great setting however fierce the sun is it is cool and sheltered !. The food is first class in fact the best liver and onions that i have ever tasted . Avoid weekends . The locals flock in at weekends and you end up with teenage turks raising hell !. Not a pleasant experience ! During the week Great .... More

We have visited Yaka Park on a number of occasions in the past and enjoyed the peace & quiet. We went this year to find it had all been changed, commercialised and found it to be jammed packed and not what we had experienced in the past. Shame really because it use to be a lovely place to visit but... More

A lovely place to visit, especially to get away from the heat. Peaceful, quiet, cool. Lovely for a drink. Not tried the food as we tend to have a meal at one of the restaurants over the water at Saklikent.

This is a small park with sitting, relaxing, eating type of activity. The main attraction is ice cold water coming out of mointain which is everywhere. No entry fee and no pressure to eat something. There are also fish in the small water on the drink bar that you can pet.
