Great place to experience. You must wear good footwear - we wore walking sandals - as crossing the water to enter the gorge properly requires negotiating boulders and wading through rushing water (thigh deep when we visited). Great fun!

Amazing for sight seers with breath taking views, If your planning to cross the canyon buy some beach shoes beforehand unless you don't mind hiring some, and prepare for the ice cold water! You can also try river rafting etc There is also a lovely...More

very difficult to reach to the end of the canyon. it is really challenging but nature is perfect. it really worth to go and visit.

This is a really fabulous place to visit. Like many Turkish places of outstanding beauty the entrance fee was really cheap ( 6TL) in July. I think it closes in September for the season so check the opening times before you travel over the mountains...More

lovely place up in the gorge the water is freezing have a job standing in it for long .long walk through the gorge on a metal walkway worth doing

Went to Sakilkent as a stop off on a jeep safari. Up in the mountains it was a lovely setting. Visited the gorge. It's worth taking some jelly bean type shoes to save hiring them as you will have to wade through water on stones...More

It is not that expensive. 6 lira for adults 3 lira for students. But this is just for entrance.I don't know the price of jeep safari.
