Nice set up and close to more things to see

Not too big but nicely set up with a nice exhibit. A good thing to visit together with the fort, oasis and other museums around.

This is again Sheikh Zayed attempt to display and explore the archeology of the UAE. However, much of it is repetitive and the displays are a bit worn. Still worth dropping through.

Museum is not big but captures Al Ain's History. Lots of artifacts from the past are displayed. Kids may not enjoy as much as its not very interactive. Highlight is a piece of the moon.Admission price is very reasonable.

A must tour-around the museum is required! Perfect on its exhibits, the set-ups and how it was properly labelled for visitors and public knowledge! The antiques, art crafts and some personal things that belongs to Sheik Zayed's family were all-together interesting part of the exhibits!

Spent a few hours looking around the museum. Interesting to see the history of the area and how it developed over time.

We visited here with a rental car from Abu Dhabi's AUH. The free Al Ain Nat Mus displays the history of Al Ain to include hundreds of artifacts(stone vessels, pottery, beads, etc) found at UNESCO's Hili Archaeological Park, a Bronze Age(3rd C BC) settlement/tombs surrounded by a lovely parkland. UNESCO's Hili Oasis, which has been cultivated for 4000 years, is... More

The museum is located next to the restored Sultan Fort (fort was constructed as a residence some 100 years ago). The museum is mainly divided in two sections - one illustrates the pre-oil era culture and the second section successfully displays antiquities of the Stone Age, Bronze Age etc.

Was an interesting little museum. Small but full of interesting facts! Won't take very long to do, so it is a good place to go if you need to pass time or have some time available between activities or so.
