Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Al Hamra Mall is currently undergoing renovations, which has resulted in limited store options and mediocre food halls that are expensive. One major problem is the number of perfume stalls located in the center of the mall's aisles, which not only spray perfume but also burn OUD. This practice has become overpowering for customers who are trying to enjoy their shopping experience. The perfume stall owner opposite NERO has received numerous complaints and is asking to be relocated. Several other stalls are doing the same thing, which is causing discomfort for asthmatic customers. This raises the question of whether it is viable to have such a large number of perfume stalls in one location with so much competition.
Although Spinneys has expanded, Al Hamra Mall is still struggling until the current problems are addressed. The arrival of a fitness center is anticipated and may attract more customers. However, it is worth noting that RAK is attempting to emulate Dubai, yet the prices are higher, and the options are not as varied.

This is a disappointment to say the least. It is only a small mall and provides very little to make you want to spend any meaningful time. We stayed for less than an hour and probably that was a tad longer than required.
Compared to our experience of other UAE Malls there is little to offer.

I live close to this Mall. Since Aldar purchased it from Al Hamra Real Estate, it has been undergoing some refurbishment. Most restaurants closed only Nando's remained. Papa Johns Pizza reopened in a new location in the Mall, a new burger join opened and a new Thai restaurant (with high prices even for the centre of Dubai) . There seems to be a number of restaurants opening soon(ish) Five Guys, a Japanese, a Turkish and an Indian. There will also be a Gym opening where the fast food used to be sold :).

I'm happy that Al Hamra Mall is giving a new look to the mall. As it actually needs new shops and a few inviting feels around the shopping center.
Ideally it will get another face and some fashioner garments, shoes, bags and cosmetics shops to support new clients.
But it was disappointing to see the food court closed last night. And it's permanently closed as a new gym will take it's space. Hope the mall will get more restaurants than it already has, which is 3 dining outlets.
Not great at all.

Al Hamra Mall is a 37,000 m2 two story shopping center conveniently located at Al Hamra Village. Its unique Arabic architecture and large galleries host a perfect blend of shopping, entertainment, dining and recreational options.
Al Hamra Mall houses a wide range of stores and services catering to tourists, international residents and the UAE’s multi-cultural population.

We decided not to visit this mall due to negative reviews but when driving past saw lots of taxis outside so decided to give it a go . We preferred the actual shops to Mana mall . Great for sales in July . Pierre Cardin suit for £95 , also Balmain 75% sale . There is also Bath & Bodyworks, Boots , Mothercare and many other stores . It is true quite a numbet of the lots are vacant . There is a cinema . We very much enjoyed dinner at Shakespeare and co although they did short change us by 100AED so check your receipt carefully . We recommend a visit - adults with a teenager .

We have been visiting Al hamra mall quite often. Best part is whenever we visit here we get our entire shopping done without much of wandering around. The food court also has some very decent options . With a cinema , amusement area ,shopping outlets this can be called one stop shop concept.

A rather boring mall with plenty of stores closed. Not much worthy store wise, a movie theater. But this is is a number 3 attraction in the region, you will have nothing else to do, so may as well visit. If you can do anything more exciting instead, i.e. sit on a couch and pick your nose - do that, it us more fun

A charming ambiance, but my recent visit left me somewhat disappointed. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the limited food court options were a letdown. Moreover, navigating the mall to find specific stores was surprisingly challenging. It would greatly benefit visitors if the mall implemented a store map or clear location indicators to ease the search for shops. Enhancing these aspects could significantly improve the overall experience for shoppers and guests.

It is a relatively small-size mall in Al hamra area. It has a traditional Arabic-architectural design. Nice location, easy to find your shop as it is only a two-story but one corridor. It has a food court, grocery shop, cinema, and kids fun area. Free shaded park is available outside.

There are a couple of jewellers, but not a great selection. If you want more choice, and have the time, take a trip to the gold souq in Sidroh, the older part of Ras Al Khaimah
