Unfortunately it appears someone built a rock wall and subsequently affected current flow which resulted in a sandbag wall being built to protect adjacent properties. Worth visiting but not for the beach activities

This is a popular spot, but not a great beach. Large sand bags at the edge of the water to stop the beach from erroding. A few street sellers with chairs are there to buy food/drinks from.

Lovely sandy beach fringed by palm trees. Hardly used so you get it pretty much to yourself. Water is quite warm but can be a bit rough with rips depending on the tides.

More sand bags than beach, loads of rubbish everywhere and quite dangerous (collapsed walkways, glass, etc)

It's a shame, the beach has mostly been washed away, however you can walk a short way and there is still plenty of beach, from cui dai beach you can also walk towards hidden beach which has places to lie down and shade from the sun.

Just a short hop from Hoi An town centre, a long sandy beach with a sprinkling of bars and cafes - a great way to relax in the sun!

There is not much here as the entire place was hit by storm activity last year. That said, the bike ride to get there was great, theres a cool lighthouse, and has a great sunset view where you can see where the river meets the ocean.
