Excellent, reliable, trustworthy transfer service

I have been dealing with Ms Phuong and Hoi An Transfers for approximately 5 years now, and I have never experienced any major dramas, from pre-arranging transfers at home to the actual transfers themselves. The company provides both transfers and tours in and around the Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hue city areas and have found them to be reasonably priced in comparison with the alternate operators.
The drivers I have encountered are professional and generally drive late model vehicles.
I consider the most important aspect in dealing with a transfer service at new destinations is knowing that everything will be fine upon your arrival. In other words, it's having that piece of mind when you arrive at a new destination that getting to your hotel, tour, or back to the airport will not give you any headaches.

Well done to Ms Phuong and the team at Hoi An Transfers.

We booked this over the web prior to our arrival in Vietnam.
Coming down from the gondola at BaNa Hills we were not exactly sure where to meet, but our driver was there with a sign and we were really impressed with the service.
Also all the pre booking and email communication was very efficient and easy.

10/10 experience. The taxi driver was prompt and a very careful driver. The price was also incredibly reasonable and the pick-up was easy to organise. Would highly recommend this company!

We booked with Hoi An Transfers for transfers to and from Da Nang airport to Hoi an, and also booked a driver for the day to go to Ba Na hills and Marble mountain.

Service was excellent on all occasions - drivers were prompt, friendly and drove safely at all times.

Communications regarding the bookings and prices was clear.
Once in the car Ms. Phuong called us to make sure we were ok and happy

For the level of service provided , the prices were excellent

The best customer service I have received in many years! We had transfers from Danang to Hoi An and Hoi An to Lang Co. Both transfers were on time and I was received a call from Ms Phuong to check that everything was going well. We left some of our belongings in one car and didn’t realise until a few days later. Ms Phuong went above and beyond to organise for our belongings to be available to us on short notice. Thank you again!!

'Excellent service and extremely reliable'

It's great to see that Hoi An Transfer is still operating post the pandemic and in exaclty the same professional manner that they did prior to the pandemic, if not better!
I have dealt with Ms Phuong over a period of approximately 5 years now and have never had a bad experience with either booking transfers or the tranfer itself. The drivers have always been professional and their respective vehicles clean.
On this occasion, I booked a transfer from Da Nang airport to Hoi An and returned several days later.
As always, the driver was on time, had a card with my details clearly marked, and soon after departure, I received the signature phone call from Ms Phuong making sure that everything had gone to plan with the pick up.
I can highly recommend Hoi An Transfer as they are reasonably priced but more importantly, booking transfers prior to your trip with Ms Phuong is a seemless expereince and she always gets back to you if you have any questions and/or changes in a timely manner.

Clean and Comfortable Ride

My husband and I stayed in Hoi An but wanted to explore Da Nang for a day. I reached out to Hoi An Transfer and Ms. Phuong responded promptly. I let her know where I wanted to go and then everything was set, super easy! The driver, Binh (I hope that's the right spelling) came to our hotel on time to pick us up. The car ride was clean and comfortable. There was bottled water and he offered umbrellas for us which we declined since we didn't mind the sun. Binh was very friendly and offered alternatives when one of the attractions we wanted to see was closed. He took photos for us and we were able to communicate easily through google translate. When we were finished with an attraction, we would communicate via Whasapp and he would have the car ready with the AC on for us. At the end of the trip, Ms. Phuong checks in to see how the trip went and to ask for feedback. I highly recommend booking with Hoi An Transfer if you need a driver during your stay in Hoi An or Da Nang!

Perfect service and good prices

We booked twice; one trip from Hoi An to Marble Mountains and Da Nang and the second time for the airport transfer. Everything was good, drivers are kind and always on time and prices are fair.

We used HoiAn transfers 3times while we were in central Vietnam.  Transfer from Hue to HoiAn.  Round-trip to Bana hills, and to the DAD airport. They did a great job. The cars are new and clean. The drivers are super friendly, and punctual. The prices are fair and competitive. Ms Phoung's follow up by email is excellent.  They accept dong or dollars, no credit cards. 

It is a family owned company with 7 cars.  All the drivers seem to be siblings, nephews and cousins. I like supporting entrepreneurial families in Vietnam.

Great guide and spoke great English which is a bonus in Vietnam as the language is a major barrier. She went went way and above a normal guide highly recommend Hoa, also organised our airport transfers
