The ship arrived with very minor damage which I easily fixed and the assembly instructions were great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a ship. I also ordered it on-line after I got home from Vietnam and this worked well also. Ordering a model from back home was easy to handle. After 3 weeks the package arrived safely and it was no problem to assemble the takelage with the body of the ship. I bought 8 ship models from this remarkable company at once. All ships models are made perfectly (museum quality)! The prices will pleasantly surprise everyone. Great wholesale discounts.
The packaging and delivery are wonderful. So you don't have to worry about the ships models reaching you in excellent condition. Since postage from Vietnam is expensive in this Coronavirus time, the company makes additional discounts and organizes combined packaging.
Very friendly and attentive to customers. Those. this is the perfect business. I highly recommend these sellers to everyone.

Stumbled across this amazing shop a few years back while wandering the streets of Hoi An. Bought myself a nice little sail boat.
I have now just ordered another online (a big tall ship, The Endeavour) for my Dad - such a great gift. Even when ordering online the team do an amazing job of helping you through the selection process, and the packaging for delivery was top-notch, no chance of damage enroute. The attention to detail is amazing, I highly recommend them if you're looking for something like this to take pride of place on display in your home/office/etc.

Excellent craftsmanship for handmade wooden ship models. Amazing shop in Hoi An old town, with an extensive variety of models to choose from. We loved our interaction with the sales representative at the shop, who took extra care in fitting each ship to perfection before disassembling it, pasting the instructions as required, and putting them in immaculate packing for air travel. It was a breeze reassembling the model at home. The customer service goes beyond the sales, as we could easily obtain a digital copy of our invoice from the shop over WhatsApp when we needed to produce the same at airport security. The owner and the store manager were extremely polite and helpful in every step of the process. Highly recommend anyone visiting Hoi An or Da Nang to check out this store in Hoi An Old Town — you will love it!

This little shop is almost like a maritime museum...except that you can buy the boats that are on display. The prices are very reasonable, starting at about $10 and going up to a thousand or more, depending on size and complexity. My husband bought the USS Constitution and we had it shipped to our home. It arrived in two carefully packed wooden crates and had to be reassembled. It took a few hours but the boat looks great in our home and my husband is thrilled.

Amazing array of small to large model boats. They’re totally worth the price as back in the US or UK you would be paying 10x the cost. The shipping took about three months to the UK but I didn’t pay any extra fees and it arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward and they messaged me through the whole process to make sure I got my model boat! My boat was a bigger Atlantic 60.

Wonderful experience.. Absolutely amazing shop and .. we kept visiting the shop ..beautiful ships and so exquisitely crafted .. each one of them. They excel in their craft .. each piece big or small is perfect.and the most beautiful part is their after sales services.. we picked up a large ship and had some trouble figuring out as to how to assemble it. Finally it was done over a video call with Thou Minh from Patna India to Vietnam…. Everything was so patiently explained as we put our stunning ship together (in-fact a all of them were very helpful )

I am Australia and ordered the San Felipe. Very close to ne metre in length. Arrived so well packed in wood crate! Model is in great detail with small winding stairs on main deck with cannons etc. Quite good detail on every thing. I tip my hat to the builder of these models.

I visited the CraftShip shop a few years ago as a backpacker and was facinated of the brilliant work! To buy a boat was not possible for me in that time but because of that I ordered now a riva aquarama boat online. The delivery to germany was fast and very well packed. The quality of the boat is amazing and it is absolutey beautiful!

This is the 2nd time I bought the ship model from this shop. This time I ordered the Black Pearl ship online and the staff was very helpful and friendly in answering any questions. Payment was also convenience through PayPal and only takes about 3 weeks for shipment to arrive. Packaging came in a wooded case and is very secure. The ship took sometime to set up but instructions and markings was clear. I highly recommend Hoi An Craftships.

I Bought my first large model boat there 5 years ago from the loverly little shop in Hoi An. It an amazing HMS Victory almost 1 m wide. Shipping and packaging was excellent and it arrived in Australia in two very large boxes. Just this week I bought another from the web site after emailing the owners. Very good service. They said packaging will be expensive but it is worth it. Definitely recommend this business
