It is an unique pinky church that I had never seen in another place. The location of this church is close to the city center and very accessible. This tourist spot is not very crowded yet and we have plenty of space to take a good photo!! A peaceful place but it would be good if we could go inside... More

The Cathedral is attractive all four sides and has incorporated some Vietnamese styles. A must-see in Da Nang.

This Cathedral, built in Gothic architectural style in 1923, is located in downtown Danang. Easily accessible and visitors are allowed to roam freely within the compound of the cathedral. Not a big structure but it is unique the whole building is pink in color... a character of it's own. Sculptures of Jesus Christ and Catholic saints are proudly presented outside... More

Very pretty Cathedral and with lovely buildings and a grotto on the grounds. But tourists should be mindful that this is a place of worship, so should dress respectfully, remove headwear and be quiet if entering the church.

The front gates of this church are typically locked (I guess they are open when there is a service) but my friend and I went down a small alley on the left side of the church that lead us to a side street and then back behind on the other side of the church which is typically open! We were... More

We sought this out because we are interested in history. The church was built in the 1920s or so, not so old, and we could not go in. The grounds though evoke some of the sense of what it might have been like to be a French colonialist in 'Indochina'.
