Visited this place during end of June 2022. Found it to be full of tourists during morning hours (before noon). The cable car gives you good views (Take the one to French village for maximum height, then come down by another cable car to Golden Bridge rather than going to the latter directly; all prices included in same ticket). The golden bridge is a super hit on Instagram of course, but the French village seems a bit kitschy imo. Didn’t do the rides or lunch, so can’t comment on those. Do check out the large statue of Buddha while there.
If not in an organized tour group, buy tickets elsewhere. Saves you from standing in queue, and
tickets are cheaper at travel agencies etc. We got ours 50k VND cheaper than list price at our hotel.

Visited here on a Monday thinking it might be quieter but very busy. Lovely clear day. Only moderately cooler than the city. We loved the whole concept of Bana Hills and found it easy to navigate. Being from Australia we found the pushing and shoving and the multitude of sun umbrellas used by other tourists the most annoying thing but definitely worth the trip.
Would not recommend the buffet lunch at all. We found it overwhelming inside the huge pavilion and food quality was very average. There are many food options around the theme park to eat and reasonably priced for a tourist attraction. Plent of drinks, ice creams, snacks etc to purchase.
Loved the Alpine Coaster and the French village was really well done. We bought out tickets online with Klook and got a good deal. Easy to use at venue

We went on a Sunday. It was super crowded, mainly with local tour groups, many young kids and toddlers in strollers.
If you are willing to spend I would suggest you not buy the combo ticket with the buffet lunch. Our experience at the restaurant was not pleasant. You may want to avoid 11-1pm, if you do go to the buffet restaurant. There are many restaurants in the French Village, Japanese food, Thai food, and they were not do crowded.
Take the cable car to French Village, then take another cable car to the Golden Bridge, then cable car back to Da Nang.

Not 200 games are free. Most of games for kids must pay coins while we have spent money to buy tickets for kids who highs above 1 m. The games are limited for kids who highs under 1.1m - 1.2m

Its Very good
Its a very good place.
As the name Suggests, it is situated on a Hill.
It is typically a Day trip
A Cable car ride takes u to the Too, where there is a Golden bridge on a Hand. Nice view and good pictures can be clicked there
There are Gardens and some other attractions as well there.
There is another Cable car ride from their which takes u further up.
There are Many restaurants, Shops, Acitvity zones there- very much like Disney, not the rides part
Overall, a nice Day outing

The cable car ride up the mountain was really invigorating as we escalated 1,000+ feet above sea level.

We are from Australia and wanted to visit Ba na hills back in 2018 when it was new.
This is a must visit place.
The Gondola was amazing.
A tad scary for ppl scared of heights.
The castles, the buildings, the shows. Was the perfect day out for everyone.
Especially kids. Is an amazing day out for little ones especially. The amusement park is great for tiny kids up to adults.
We loved the rides. The alpine coaster was so much fun.
Was honestly a highlight of a our Vietnam tour.
Don’t hesitate. Just go.
I would also say it is pram and wheelchair accessible.
Lots of food and drink choices here also.
Have fun

I have rated it 2 stars as I have been to Universal Studios in Singapore in 2017 otherwise I would have rated 3 stars. Rating it 2 stars only because of the cable car ride.
They increased the fare from 1st June 2022 by 150k dong but many attractions were closed. The paper map we got in the cable car was different to the map on the walls when we reached the ba na hills so it was all very confusing. Staff are very courteous and they greet all the time which is very nice but majority of them could not understand or speak English. Those who could to some extent did not know about the attractions so we were on our own when we reached.
5D shows and 360 shows were sub standard and waste of time. Many gaming consoles were not working at all. Rides are those that you can definitely get anywhere in your local amusement park for which you don't need to go so far.
One can take hundreds of photographs with the lovely background if that's what you enjoy the most but nothing more than that.
Better to skip this if you have been to Universal Studios.

Good morning. You can go with the taxi (Grab). I would buy the tickets online for the park. And go early.. Otherwise you cant even make a picture because of the crowd

Got a ba na hills tour booked through trip advisor for the 5th March , at the time of booking our hotel wasn't listed as a location for pick up , so now we need to know where we are meant to make our way to for the trip pick up ? Finding it virtually impossible to find out which tour operator to contact ? The link on the booking to email the tour operator doesn't work , says it's unavailable .

Добрый день! Подскажите, пожалуйста, не изменился ли режим работы туристических объектов в связи с коронавирусом? Едем в конце марта, не хотелось бы весь отпуск просидеть в отеле...

For Ba Na Hills I want to know few things here
1. The tickets I buy here for Cable car are for both ways trip for single person right? So if i buy one ticket means I can reach Ba Na Hills & then come back with the same one correct? I do not have to buy 2 tickets to come & go back from Ba Na Hills.
2. I would reach Da Nang by 11 am so max, I should reach Ba Na hills by say 12 pm starting to hop on to rope way to come to Ba Na hills, would it be okay?

Hi,
To answer you questions:
1. Yes the ticket is for cable car rides return, so you go up and come back with the same one
2. BA na hills is open from like 9am to 5pm or 6pm.so you will have enough time to explore if reaching at 12pm.however at this time you will definitely have to find your own private transportation as I haven't seen any minivans etc leaving that late. They all leave at like 8am or 9am in the morning from da nang
