We visited Marble Mountain with a guide. The travel to the top was easy with an elevator but after viewing the caverns we found the climb down the stairs somewhat treacherous, especially with since the stairs were wet.

Take a bus towards Hoi An from Da Nang. This is the least expensive way to get there. Check for return bus times. If there is a group of 4 or 5 then a taxi will still be more expensive price shared and a bit...More

One of the top sightseeing places to see in Da nang. Travel by elevator to the top and descend via stairs into the caverns with Buddhist shrines. A spiritual and natural wonder.

When buying the 40K dongs entry ticket, it would be wise to also buy the elevator ticket for extra 15K dongs to save energy climbing stairs up the steep hill. The caves are among the most interesting places to explore. The are many places with...More

It was a good experience to climb up this enchanting Marble Mountain. Seeing it in pictures doesn't give justice to what I saw in person. Each area of the mountain that you can explore has its own charm and story. From the caves to the...More

Breathtaking views. Easy to get your tickets at the counter. Challenging access yet not impossible. Took the lift on the way up as we had our 6 yr old with us. However our daughter climbed all other peaks and caves with us: so if your...More

It was a really good surprise. You have to walk if you want to discover all the areas. Some are easy and are funny inside the rock. We discovered a little short cut at the bottom of a cave. From the top you have a...More

Wear a raincoat or waterproof jacket. It is actually a lot of walking and hiking. Shame they could not keep the local area around Marble Mountain from being developed into a slum-like area with people hawking.

Take care on a hot day as the steps are steep and uneven. The lift is of dubious value: if you can manage the later climb you can also manage the Initial climb. Secret is to take your time, bring water, really good trainers or...More

This is a top attraction and won't be closed, especially on holidays and special occasions. It is a short drive from Danang, depending on where you will be staying in the city. Needs strong legs as we missed many attractions... More
