Livingstone Island is perched on the edge of the Victoria Falls in the very midst of this thundering mass of water. Your visit begins with a thrilling ride through the channels of the Zambezi. Thereafter, you will be taken on a guided exploration of the island, a protected World Heritage Site. If you're feeling brave, you can even take a heart-stopping peek over the island's edge to the churning mass below in the famous Devil's Pool. (no experience necessary/ no age limit)

It was the rainy season so Devils Pool was out of the question due to high waters. This pool did not disappoint. Out of this world that can not be missed. Fantastic guides who took a boat load of pics with our camera. THRILLING.!!! Also had the best breakfast here.!!!

YOU ARE AT THE VERY EDGE OF THE FALL! How cool can that be' On the photo, people would think you are falling down the fall ! That's a Kodak moment for sure! I understand the guides are keeping us safe from falling down the fall, but the word they use and the shouting was truly not necessary. They can... More

We met our group at the incredibly imposing but beautiful The Royal Livingstone. The quick boat ride from The Royal Livingstone was easy and went without a hitch. Once on Livingstone Island , we were met by David and Felix , our guides. We enjoyed a quick non alcoholic drink with our hosts before we started the island tour. The... More

Met at the Livingston Hotel grounds, after which we took a 10 minutes boat ride to the island. Your adventure start when you step foot on the island. They will bring you to the edge of the falls to take a peep of the falls, after which you can choose to dip in the pool or hang around. Took by... More

What a fantastic experience. Note - it is only accessible during the dry season. This means the falls are less spectacular, but well worth it just for this experience. It is scary, but when you've done it, you realise how safe it is, because of the lack of any force trying to take you over the edge in the pool... More

Breathtaking from the second you arrive. The hotel is beautiful and the island is right on the falls for an up-close view. There was a little about the history but mostly we were herded to different spots where the guides took photos (or blurred videos as they got the button wrong on my camera!). Not enough time to enjoy the... More

What an experience! The guides were great, and of course the dip in Devil's Pool was the highlight. I highly recommend water shoes, or closed sandals, as the walk through the river to Devil's Pool can be tough on your feet. The breakfast was delicious, albeit a bit rushed to get you out as I believe the groups cycle through... More

This was an incredible way to view Victoria Falls. The quick boat ride from The Royal Livingstone was easy, the view of the falls once you get to the island was incredible and then the swim to Devils Pool was unbelievable! If you are going to swim to Devil's Pool, I would recommend wearing water shoes or sandals of some... More
